Saturday, on the third anniversary of the January 6, 2021, demonstration on Capitol Hill, the FBI arrested three "fugitives" from justice in Florida. Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III were arrested on a ranch near Groveland, Florida. Jonathan Pollock--were one fool enough to believe everything the FBI claims--might arguably have been worth a three-year manhunt. I mean, he punched a cop or two; that's surely a threat to the republic. I mean, what if the George Floyd rioters in Portland had gotten away with punching cops? The charges against the other two were so chickensh** that they were released on bail.
They didn't show up for trial, probably in no small part due to the draconian treatment and sentences they saw meted out to other January 6 demonstrators.
It was no accident that these three people were selected to be a trophy for the Ahab-like obsession that Attorney General Merrick Garland and US Attorney for DC Matthew Graves have with the January 6 demonstrations.
On January 5, Garland said in a press conference, in which he said (go to 2:38 in the video clip below) that “the Justice Department will hold all January 6 perpetrators at any level accountable under the law whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.”
Our work continues. As I've said before, the Justice Department will hold all January 6 perpetrators at any level accountable under the law whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.
On the same day, the US Attorney for the District of Columbia also gave a speech celebrating the Justice Department's monomaniacal pursuit of anyone with any association with the events of January 6.

An important note when it comes to our prosecutions of those who remained outside the building. We have used our prosecutorial discretion to primarily focus on those who entered the building or those who engaged in violent or corrupt conduct on Capitol grounds. But, if a person knowingly entered the restricted area without authorization, they had already committed a federal crime. Make no mistake. Thousands of people occupied an area they were not authorized to be present in the first place.
Keep in mind that this is the guy who has refused to prosecute 67 percent of the felony arrests in DC.
The $1.7 trillion spending bill passed by Congress and signed by Joe Biden on December 29 earmarked an additional $34 million to the Department of Justice to support the January 6 prosecution in 2024. The Department of Justice claims it has a list of about 3,000 Americans who will be targeted for arrest if the Garland-Graves plan is put into operation. The only thing that may prevent this scheme from going into effect is the Supreme Court.
BACKGROUND: Federal Appeals Court Rules That for January 6 Defendants, Standing Still and Quiet Is Disorderly Conduct
Justice is not being served by this vendetta. The injustice that has been perpetrated so far will be magnified, as DOJ starts arresting people who were merely on Capitol Grounds.
If we are so lucky as to regain control of the White House in November, one of the first acts the new president must do is stop this shameful Javert-like harrying of Americans. The new president should also empower a special counsel to identify everyone who participated in the perpetuation of this travesty and put them on the street. Then he needs to do what Donald Trump should have done before January 21, 2021: issuing a blanket pardon and amnesty for any crimes that may have occurred on January 6.
Trump Leading Biden by 12 Points in Michigan; Biden won the State in 2020

President Trump now leads Joe Biden by twelve points in Michigan. The Democrat Biden took the battleground state in 2020 by a very narrow margin. The Detroit News and WDIV-TV released the new statewide poll on Tuesday. When given a list of Trump, Biden, and third-party candidates, Trump led Biden by 12 points.
“Trump’s lead over Biden widened to as much as 12 points when voters surveyed were given a list of third party candidates. Biden, the current president, and Trump, the former president, are widely expected to emerge this year as their parties’ nominees.”
In a hypothetical head-to-head match-up between just the current president and the former, 39 percent of likely general election voters said they prefer Biden, while 47 percent support Trump.
The pollsters report, “47% of likely voters said they preferred the Republican, while 39% selected Biden, an 8-point advantage for Trump, according to the survey with a margin of error of plus or minus 4 points. In addition, 3% said they would vote for another candidate, and 11% said they were undecided.”
“If I were a Democrat in Michigan, I would be breaking the emergency fire alarms in the White House and demanding to know what the plan is for Michigan,” Richard Czuba, founder of Lansing-based Glengariff Group, which conducted the poll, told The Detroit News. “Because these numbers are very bad for any party incumbent.”
When asked if they believe Biden had performed well enough to deserve to be reelected, only 17 percent said he deserves another shot — 77 percent said that they were ready for a new leader.
Asked the same question about Trump, 33 percent of the poll’s respondents said Trump deserves a second term, while 62 percent said they would prefer someone else.
The Detroit News reports: The survey found 58% of those polled had an unfavorable impression of Biden.....a significant drop in support for a former two-term vice president and longtime U.S. senator from Delaware. In September 2020, ahead of the November 2020 election, a similar poll of likely Michigan voters found 43% had a favorable impression of Biden.
Likewise, 50% of participants in the new survey said they “strongly” disapproved of the job Biden is doing as president. Another 11% said they somewhat disapprove for a total disapproval percentage of 61%. Only 35% said they approve of Biden’s performance, and 4% didn’t offer an answer.
“He is who he is. And that’s who he’s going to be. I can expect Trump to be Trump,” Bennario Chapman, a 29-year-old self-described independent from Muskegon who participated in the poll, told the pollsters. “And I can go for somebody who stands in their own truth. Biden is not that.”
Given the Epstein scandal, I think the feds has a lot of problems, and Jan6ers are not one of them.
So be it the scapegoat. Corruption is the fastest way to their self destruction.
Reminds me of the movie Witness where the crooked cops circling waggons start killing everyone…. Smh
I also noted that in Poland their government gives tax credit to people getting firearms training to counter an invasion.
We need to bring back the militia and disarm the FBI.
That SOB is dangerious
Huhhh...??
Garland would cause far less damage on the Supreme Court, where his power is balanced by opposing views. As head of the DOJ, Garland is one of the most dangerous and destructive enemies of freedom the world has ever faced.
When I look at Attorney General Merrick Garland I see a man with no ethics or morality.
More reason to not trust any damned thing federal gub mint.
Mookabookers.
Most were White. Ergo, guilty.
What does that mean? Garland, Wray and DOJ let Epps go with probation after vids show him as being instrumental with the riots.
They had a successful Coup d’etat. They are simply enforcing their illegitimate Cabal and we are expendable. As a matter of fact, they want us dead.
Saturday, on the third anniversary of the January 6, 2021.
Sounds very odd they wait until now to make the chase sounds more like the have a new list of people to go after.
Wire taps completed?.
Yep.
So, if they charge Grandma and Grandpa with "trespassing on a restricted area" at 5:10pm and Pence left the capitol at 3pm...
I am Spartacus.
I could us 100M
But, if a person knowingly entered the restricted area without authorization, they had already committed a federal crime. Make no mistake. Thousands of people occupied an area they were not authorized to be present in the first place. They've even got it marked up on the calendar, slowly tossing half of them in the can to keep the headlines going across the summer, leading up to massive pre-dawn raids on 500 patriots the week before the November 2024 election.
