Newly elected Speaker Mike Johnson isn’t a tough man to figure out. Nor is he scary, except to those who don’t have the best interest of the United States at heart. Johnson lives by the teachings of the Bible, pure and simple.
He also wants the best for this nation. This makes him an enemy of the Democratic Party and the establishment media, who ultimately want the opposite and have been working hard to meet that goal.
Johnson’s sudden promotion is a sign of failure to the left. It signifies their inability to oust God from society and shows them to be the liars that they are. The threat he poses is matched by the vicious words the Democratic National Committee used to welcome Johnson onto the scene, calling him an anti-abortion, MAGA extremist at the start.
(snip) Curiosity about him at an all-time high, Johnson shared the yardstick by which all issues could be measured. “I am a Bible-believing Christian. … Go pick up a Bible off your shelf and read it – that’s my worldview. That’s what I believe, and so I make no apologies for it.”

Huh? Who says he's going to push an agenda?
I am a Bible-believing Christian. … Go pick up a Bible off your shelf and read it – that’s my worldview.
Would your lame opinion be the same if he would have said "I'm a gun totin', bible thumpin' Christian?"
>> Nothing will turn voters off faster than him pushing a religious agenda.
“Having a Biblical worldview” does not mean “pushing a religious agenda”.
Some people were popping bottles over his election to Speaker. I argued that everyone should take a breath and be patient.
His comments on Ukraine seemed to be odd. And now he’s on Hannity.
Maybe take two breaths and be a bit more patient.
The truth is always true.
God’s word is truth.
Hammity was big on Christian values until he dumped his wife. Big phoney.
Please explain what you feel is a religious agenda? A world view is what he said. How does that relate to an agenda. Name the President that has not had religious faith.
Take a few aspirin tablets for your head.
So Gaetz was an idiot? IDTS
Protty bible-shames a weak Catholic.
LOL....Good!!
Give him time...might turn out to be a rabid anti-Catholic.
I (almost grudgingly) admire people who live up to their Christian principles, because I so frequently fail at it and don’t always try hard as I should. He’s a sinner too, saved by Grace but more worthy of reward than I.
Ouch! Sean Hannity is a New York Conservative, meaning he is only a few steps to the right of the liberals in New York so he thinks he is a conservative.
Who is Speaker Mike Johnson?

7 Core Principles
Individual freedom, Limited Government, Rule of Law, Peace through Strength, Fiscal Responsibility, Free Markets, Human Dignity.
I like it!
It’s been ....days and still the J6 videos are not released.
Did Hannity dump her, or did she dump him?
Hannity became a huge neocon after the split. I wonder if the agencies have compromising video of him?
Why would we suspect anti-Catholicism of him? I’ve heard it said that Catholics aren’t “real” Christians by some, because of prayers to saints (asking a dead guy or lady to talk to God on their behalf). But the scripture says “whosoever believes in Him”, not whosoever prays my way. My confessions are to Him, but I don’t consider them “wrong” for a ritual involving a priest.
Good for him. True change has to begin with a foundation to be built upon, a core set of values. Not everyone is religious but the bible does give us a way of life to help us work through issues and respect others.
“Nothing will turn voters off faster than him pushing a religious agenda.“
He believes in biblical Christianity. That’s a worldview not a religion per se.
In fact, that was the consensus view in the US for most of American history.
Although there are many denominations of Christianity, the biblical view used to be the predominant theological position.
Now of course, many “Christian” denominations have swayed far from the Bible as the authority and basis for doctrine.
Rejecting Johnson for his religious beliefs is much like rejecting JFK because he was a Catholic.
I’m sure Johnson understands that politics is the art of the possible and he won’t impose his religious views on anyone, Hopefully, he will be guided by Biblical principles and the Holy Spirit so that he will be able to slow down the Satanic agenda that predominates in the country and world.
See James 1:27 when you are ready to trade in your religion
[James 1:27 The only true religion takes care of widows
and orphans, and is not corrupted by this world.]
for walking by faith. The Way, the Truth and the Life is
found in following and emulating our Saviour, Jesus.
