"Diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) divides rather than unites our military and society. DEI’s principles derive from critical race theory, which is rooted in cultural Marxism, where people are grouped into identity classes (typically by race), labeled as “oppressed” or “oppressors,” and pitted against each other.

We respectfully request that Congress, pursuant to its constitutional powers “… to raise and support Armies …” and “… to provide and maintain a Navy …,” take legislative action to remove all diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs from the Department of Defense (DoD). Additionally, we ask that you ensure that no DEI related policies, programs, and funding are included in the 2024 NDAA.

As our Nation faces looming threats from “foreign” adversaries/enemies, our military is under assault from a culture war stemming from “domestic” ideologically inspired political policies and practices. If not stopped now, they will forever change the military’s warrior ethos essential to performing the mission of deterring aggression and failing that, to fight and win our Nation’s wars. Our military must be laser focused on one mission–readiness, undiminished by the culture war engulfing our country.

This baffles me more than anything on the left.

When the oppressed win,

does that not transform THEM

into the oppressors ?

Kind of like how

the tolerant refuse to tolerate the intolerant

and become the intolerant.

Is this why common core math was pushed ?

So they couldn’t understand the inherent contradiction of their dogmas ?

That was a big issue back 30 years ago with the Dupont Company, pushed on us forcefully by the HR people. Either get DEI-minded or don't let the door hit you in the rear when you are leaving.

In the end, the company became a non-identity in the market. Maybe the destruction of employee loyalty was one of the factors this overall thrust for DEI magnified, with the back-stabbing it helped create.
