Giorgia Meloni and The Brothers of Italy went from just 4% of the vote just 4 years ago, to 27% of the vote on Sunday (the biggest share of the vote).
The bullies of Brussels brazenly tried to intimidate Italians with threats of “tools” they can use against Italy if Italians voted they way they wanted. Naturally, the threats backfired when Italian voters gave the EU the middle finger and voted solidly conservative.
This comes just 2 weeks after Sweden went solidly conswevative in their own elections.

No conservative can win against the media. Accept it, and keep pushing on anyway.
How do they vote in Italy? Given the outcome, I’d guess paper ballots.
A coalition is only as conservative, or liberal, as its least conservative, or liberal, faction.
I’m not pooh-poohing the result or saying it’s not a great result.
I’m only observing how weird Europe is.
Unfortunately our elections in Spain arent till late next year.

The world is finally realizing that the left wants to destroy their countries and cultures.
I like the direction Europe is going. Hopefully they will continue. A few, like France, still resist turning rightward.

Am listening to Charlie Kirk and he stated the above.
Italy, and Europe at large will have to deal with the falling birth rate or in 75 years Europe as we know it will cease to exist.
“27% is not a massive landslide.
European politics is bizarre.”
It’s huge if you have 10 other parties dividing the rest of the votes.
There are also 3 other conservative parties in Italy and together they will have an absolute majority in both houses of parliament and they will form a coalition and govern as one.
And being a parliamentary system the prime minister will automatically be from the same coalition, in this case Giorgia Meloni.
So they’ll control both legislature and executive.
Hope they’ll use that power better than our “stupid” party usually does.
She is a real firebrand.
Sometimes it takes a woman.
