Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul was driving his Porsche drunk after leaving a Napa Valley Winery Saturday when he pulled out onto a highway into the path of a 48-year-old man driving a Jeep.
On Saturday, Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested for driving while drunk.
DailyMail.com said it obtained his arrest report, revealing he was driving eastbound on Walnut Lane, six miles south of the Pelosi’s vineyard in St Helena.
According to the report, Pelosi pulled out onto S-29 to cross it, ignoring a stop sign, and was struck by Jesus V. Lopez, who was driving a 2014 Jeep. Lopez was reportedly traveling northbound on the state road.
At the scene of the accident, Pelosi was found to have been over the legal blood alcohol limit. He was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher.
...... Snip......
Police waited more than 4 hours to utilize a breathalyzer on Pelosi, in which time his blood alcohol content likely was reduced. There was no body cam or dash cam footage taken of the incident.
Notably, Pelosi had prior, similar arrests, which would have likely resulted in the weekend’s arrest being a felony. However, it appears Pelosi got off easy following the latest drunk driving incident.

anyone have a guesstimate as to how many drinks it would take for a man his size to have that blood level
Seriously, if you were married to that evil harridan botox queen, wouldn’t it drive ya to drink? It would me!
* *
My thoughts exactly, MHGinTN!
It was higher ,they waited 4 hours before they made him Blow trying to help him I think
“Police waited more than 4 hours to utilize a breathalyzer on Pelosi”
Yeah. Sovereign Immunity extended to family members.
I can’t wait to see the fines for the two “misdemeanors”
1oo bucks each?
I did not see in the story if Jesus V. Lopez was cited for impeding Lord Pelosi’s travel
Dianne Feinstein’s old driver is available.
4hours @ .015 plus .08= .14 BAC which is legally intoxicated by any standards. For A chronic alkie this would be normal BAC where they can do daily functions but it dose not matter to the cops, usually. I will assume that he called is lawyer and it took four hours for him to arrive before the cops did the “legal” test. Still .08 will incur a large penalty even if they treat this case as his first offense. Keeping him off the road for a year will be the best action but I don’t believe you can keep a Porsche driver from his car.
In ALL CASES in California, causing $500 or more Damage while driving under the influence, is a FELONY, He belongs in PRISON for 5 years over this FELONY DRUNK DRIVING!!!
Lopez v. Pelosi probably coming soon.
So he was arrested for DUI at the car accident, which he presumably caused being drunk. They write it in confusing ways.
He probably needs to stay drunk to deal with her. However, it is worth it as he makes big money off of insider trading, etc.
Was he driving an electric Porsche? That’s what I want to know.
Honestly, I can see why Paul would want to get drunk before going home to Nance! Sad that he had to involve another driver though.
Talk about white privilege.
Hope he gets sued a good one
The Porsche was new one (2021) according to the police report.
The accident certainly explains a lot. I was astonished that a cop would arrest him for DUI and even more astonished that it came out. I was ready to give the cop an atta boy for doing a good job & not giving him the VIP pass. Now it turns out they made the video disappear (they film everything) and took a smoke break for 4 hrs to let him sober up. Even then he still blew over the limit which means he was really sloshed at the time of the accident. If not for the accident he’d have quietly been escorted home & we’d have never heard anything about it. What a bunch of corrupt crap.
But seriously, I would think that if he refused to take the breath test and insisted on having his lawyer present, that could take up to 4 hours to get the test done. Does California have a penalty for refusing to take the test?
How much coffee did they shove down him before the test? Was the Secret Service involved?
Is that the Winery she got an exemption to hiring illegals and paying below minimum wage?
His wife is more of a menace, frankly.
Re: 6 - Good grief, your post is mostly hyperbole.
Get some perspective.
