Apparently, the Supreme Court leaker did not only leak secret case developments with Politico. CNN reportedly has more details on the Supreme Court’s discussion on the upcoming Roe v. Wade decision.
Chief Justice Roberts, who reportedly joined the liberal judges on the court in the upcoming decision, was trying to barter with the conservative judges in their negotiations. Roberts is reportedly willing to uphold the Mississippi law that would ban abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy.

If a conservative leaked this, it is strategically genius although ethically compromised. If a leftist leaked this, they are stupid. Now there is no way a justice will change their decision and make it seem that they caved to pressure. Once you let a bully take your lunch money, it doesn’t stop there. You will lose your lunch over and over again. The draft has become the final.
Don’t worry, Jonah Goldberg and other losers at The Dispatch will say we need to take Roberts’ position so the Ds won’t call us mean names and we can elect more moderate Republicans who’ll focus on taxes and spending instead of these “divisive” culture wars.
