UPDATE: Chief Justice Roberts Reportedly Joined Liberal Justices in Abortion Ruling

The US Supreme Court reportedly voted to END Roe v Wade in a DRAFT OPINION by Justice Samuel Alito according to a report leaked to Politico this evening.

The draft opinion was leaked to the press – something that is dangerous and unprecedented. Of course, there are reports that the leaker is a liberal clerk who hopes to change the outcome of the case.

More news broke last night.

According to the report Chief Justice John Roberts sided with Democrats in the decision.

This is not a surprise considering Roberts’s liberal voting record.

This also gives Democrats a target. They now know which justices they need to harass and target.

This is not the first Supreme Court leak in its history. There is an interesting thread on the history of leaks in the Supreme Court by law professor Jonathan Peters on Twitter. The leaks included a couple regarding the original Roe v. Wade decision.

If it was a conservative they would be screaming treason and demanding he drop from the gallows.

actually there is an underlying case here that Roberts would be in agreement with. So it would be 6 to 3 to let the law in “Mississipi?” stand that limits abortions after a certain number of weeks, but then he would separately disagree with overturning Roe.

Timing of this is interesting. Roberts is siding with these justices in order to give D’s a fighting chance from the Karen coalition in November for mid-terms.

There is no undoing her refusal to hear the election challenge and using "standing" to reject a election integrity case from 26 states. Does not matter how she votes from here on out, she is stained with that cowardliness or treachery forever. Our form of government has failed, period. The only fix would be to scrap it and start over. But that will never happen until we completely collapse. By the looks of things, that wont be much longer.
