The US Supreme Court reportedly voted to END Roe v Wade in a DRAFT OPINION by Justice Samuel Alito according to a report leaked to Politico this evening.
The draft opinion was leaked to the press – something that is dangerous and unprecedented. Of course, there are reports that the leaker is a liberal clerk who hopes to change the outcome of the case.
More news broke last night.
According to the report Chief Justice John Roberts sided with Democrats in the decision.
This is not a surprise considering Roberts’s liberal voting record.
This also gives Democrats a target. They now know which justices they need to harass and target.

FYI, I watched her nomination hearings, she is right there with Thomas and alto. The three most conservative Justices on The Court.
Dem's don't pick traitors to their cause, republicans do all too often.
(by traitors I mean to their constituents)
They also don't "protect the honor of this institution" by voting for a sitting(Rep.)presidents nominee(see Bork)the way republicans do with a sitting dem.
The nation is at a tipping point, we need wartime consigliere...not squishes, and certainly not traitors.
ALL these people need to be fully vetted before putting them into positions of power. According to Wiki(yeah, I know)daddy Bush picked Souter because he DIDN'T have a "paper trail", as he didn't want to deal with a potential "Bork" battle(who did).
Yeah, how did that turn out(for us)?
That battle is suppose to be fought in the State Legislatures of the several states, not at the Supreme Court.
There are six or seven “liberal” justices. How can it be overturned?

If it’s a left Judge, or someone in their office, and a judge is removed hello KJB.
Why replace one left judge with another left judge ?
Simple, all the current judges support natural rights
KJB , in front of congress, God, and the citizens, stated she has no position on natural rights.
Get a judge that rejects natural rights, you have a judge that rejects the very foundation of our government.
Our country would be

I think that is just bs.
Here is an example of what I mean when I say just how easy it is to predict how judges will vote. Roberts is the only exception, but people who have watched him "grow" over the years knew this was coming.
How can it be about law when you can predict the outcome simply by looking at the judges?
Taking a good hard look at fairly recent Harvard Alumni....their “degrees” don’t seem to be worth a bucket of warm spit. I’m certainly not impressed.
I think the excellence of Baraq and Mooch demoralized the following generation at Harvard Law.

That’s not a surprise - he’s the worst Republican nominated judge along with Ginsburg.
Those degrees are pure gold and a ticket to a high salary at the top of a government agency you are unqualified to run except for the Harvard credential.
Not unprecedented. Been done before. Original Roe verdict was leaked but after it was decided before official.
So much for the “best and brightest” line of crap.
