ROCKINGHAM, Va. — Two police officers were fatally shot during an ‘active shooter’ incident at Bridgewater College in Virginia Tuesday afternoon. A shelter in place was ordered on campus for hours.
The college first tweeted about the incident at at 1:24 p.m. — “Reports of active shooter on campus. Shelter in place.”

I did a net search for this school since I had never heard of it. First result shows this: “Bridgewater College has been recognized as the safest college in Virginia and among the top 25 safest institutions in the U.S. by SafeAtLast, an honor that recognizes our commitment to creating a healthy, positive and secure environment for all. See the data.”
Well, apparently no longer.
Cops are never shot during an "inactive shooter event". Journalists seem to be exceptionally stupid.
Prayers for the injured officers.

“Nothing ever happens around here” caused them to be too relaxed.
Interested to know if they were wearing protective gear and what weapon was used against them.

Those in the back all are at the ready to shoot. I would have not been happy to be those in front.
It looks like a mob rather than a precision military operation.
I thought the same thing.. didn’t strike me as a ‘by the book’ formation.
Wow, they sent almost as many people as they did to arrest Roger Stone and some of the non-violent January 6th “suspects.”
