Kelly no longer sounds like a never-Trumper. Her radio show now seems quite to the contrary.

She can be pretty good. My wife listens to her all the time. I dont like her views on Trump, and she is one of those gals who is/was easily offended, but she is changing now.

I saw the result of the hysteria myself last Thursday.
I moved into a new apartment two weeks ago. Haven’t really met any neighbors yet.
Last Thursday I was standing outside my door having a smoke when a masked up family of four, mom and dad and two kids came down the sidewalk. All wearing those cute face diapers with printed patterns or pictures on them.
Without thinking I coughed to clear my throat.
You would have thought I had whipped out one of those scary black rifles with a 10,000 round magazine. They actually froze in their tracks! The kids eyes got as big as saucers. The whole group looked like a herd of frightened deer just before it bolts.
The dad started yammering about global pandemic and 500 million dead from covid.
The kids and mom never would walk by me. They scooted over into the grass and never got less than 10 feet from me.
I could only shake my head in pity.
Used to admire her, just as I once admired Glen Beck. But neither will get a moment of my time until I read or see an explanation from them on how they now see that they were wrong.
Megyn let her fame go to her head. When she butted heads with Trump, she enjoyed the feeling of empowerment by singlehandedly ending his candidacy. Unfortunately for her, it did not work that way. When conservatives started criticizing her, she thought she could be a darling of the left and switched sides for more money. However, she was never really a fit with the left and that is why they ultimately rejected her. If she had acted more professional during the dust-up with Trump she’d still be on Fox News and command a large audience. Hubris claimed another victim.
Not a fan of Megyn Kelly, but this was well worth the listen for sure.

Credit to UCSF Professor Aditi Bhargava for bringing this particular UK FOIA request to my attention. I haven’t seen it anywhere else, so I thought I’d share it with you in case you missed it as well.
The request was:
Please supply deaths caused solely by covid 19, where covid is the only cause of death listed on the death certificate, broken down by age group and gender between feb 2020 up to and including dec 2021.
Here is the most interesting part of the full response which covered nearly two years since the very start of the pandemic: the number of young people in the UK who died solely from COVID:
Your chance of being killed from COVID is basically 0 if you are under 24 years old.
Therefore, based on this data, if you were a policymaker in the US, you’d want to mandate the vaccines for anyone under 24, right?
0 deaths in 2 years, yet vaccines are mandated for young people in schools and universities.
This is how insane these mandates are.
How can 0 deaths justify a state of emergency applied to people under 24? How can it justify mandating a vaccine?
As far as I know, not a single one of the 3,143 public health officials in the US has spoken out against vaccine mandates for people under 24.

I prefer she would like Trump, but understand why she doesn't.
I don't require loyalty to FreeRepublic groupthink and I'm mature enough to understand that others can think differently without considering them to be unclean.

I did hear her say on one of her podcasts that she left FOX because she had learned all she could there and wanted something different. Maybe but maybe not.
Karma came after her children. She couldn't sneer enough at Trump, enabling his enemies. Sorry you're mad now, Megs.
