It occurred to me I haven’t ever seen any “live threads” for the Macy’s Parade on Thanksgiving! In all these years. Meanwhile sport events will get them regularly, etc.

It’s late now but make comments!

I’ll make a comment…I just saw an inspiring performance. Mickey Guyton, a black hip-hop country artist apparently. Song “All American”! Brings tear to my eye to think here’s a black woman singing nice message!

I like to see how woke things are. Not seeing that so far…except inconsistent usage of masks on performers.

I just saw a parade float touting South Dakota tourism.

I’m shocked that they allowed that in NYC and on NBC.

and they had enormous signs at their entrances supporting the queers that got shot in Orlando.
Have not shopped there since.

The Waukesha parade had the Dancing Grannies.

The Macy's parade will no doubt feature the Dancing Trannies.

I saw Mount Rushmore, that must be it. Shocking.

There were other things that seemed too unPC but can’t remember now….

The SpongeBob float with Gary was my highlight so far.

I missed the lyrics of that performance. It is noteworthy that Macy's parade is more normal and less pushy than most things on TV...props to them.

Having said that, did you see the pro-oil and gas commercial, demonstrating that eliminating fossil fuels also eliminates cosmetics, footballs, glasses, and scores of everyday "environmentally-polluting" products? Boo yeah!

Was flicking thru the channels and Al Roker was talking to Poopy Pants and Dr. Jill on the phone apparently. That was enough for me. Seinfeld reruns on Comedy Channel until football starts

Last year’s Macy parade was a no go due to the scamdemic.
This year they intended to reinstate the parade with a few
new balloon characters. Parades = certainly not what they were once. Will this event be broadcast? Not enough interest to explore that possibility.

Too many commercials, too much lip-synching, too much talking. At least on NBC.

Not enough of the marching bands. A friend of my daughter’s was in one of the bands, but of course, we could not see her.
