ALBANY, NY—In a stunning press conference, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced he will be resigning from his term as Governor to spend more time sexually harassing family and loved ones.
"It has been an honor to serve as Governor," said Cuomo, "But all the groping of beautiful young women and killing of senior citizens has taken my focus away from where it needs to be: on my family. Starting next month, I will retire to focus on only harassing my dear family, and killing the elderly in my own community-- something I have neglected for far too long."
The speech was universally praised as "powerful" and "maybe even presidential" by the media, with some suggesting the disgraced governor deserves an Emmy for his powerful performance.
To help make ends meet, Cuomo will secure a side gig running for president, now that he has harassed enough women to qualify for the position.

Then Andy will inform Biden of which schools to visit. The bows will be clearly visible from the stage and Biden can call them up as "desired".

In my view, He resigned for the lesser reasons ( sexual scandal).
As serious as that was, it pales in comparison to an even BIGGER SCANDAL he never answered for.
He should have been impeached for his total mishandling of the Nursing Home situation where he sent Covid-19 infected old folks to ill-equipped nursing homes, thus infecting thousands of elderly, sick people. Nearly 15,000 deaths! Even as the 2,000 bed Hospital Ship USS MERCY sent by Trump and the 3,000 bed Javits Center with federal money provided lay empty!
New York also kicked out Samaritan’s Purse after two weeks of providing Covid-19 treatments to patients in the field hospital in Central Park because their traditional view of marriage offends the LGBTQ Community ( despite the fact that they treat EVERYONE regardless of orientation ).
Andrew Cuomo’s replacement is the Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul. A liberal too, but apparently a more moderate one as seen from her record as Congresswoman. We shall see....
