Now, U.S. intelligence agencies offer Congress unclassified reports regarding UFOs, or as the Pentagon prefers—Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UAPs). But the big takeaway—investigators have found no evidence the sightings are linked to aliens—but can’t deny a link either. Yet, an astrophysicist says they look terrestrial.

To keep us safe from the aliens, the first steps will be to shelter in place and wear masks. After that, it will be revealed that they have been waiting for us to adopt diversity and to get serious about climate change. People will believe it.

I'm keeping an open mind though. It might be little gray men with big black eyes from a parallel dimension. Or it might be just a glitch in the Matrix.

The Government has no idea what these things are, period. My S-I-L and her Daughter saw a strange Craft many years ago. Their description doesn't match anything that we are capable of building. They described it as a Flying Saucer with what looked like elongated horizontal windows running along the side. I have no reason to doubt that they saw it. This Report will only fuel increased speculation. It will not answer the obvious questions of who, what and from where.

They have never been proven to exist. So it’s pointless to say they are not ours. If we were standing at the wreckage of one, we can talk.
Actually, it is presumably the Pentagon and the DNI that are saying they are not ours.
However, given that they wouldn't tell us if they were classified, we can't trust them anyway.
One interesting point bouncing around the interwebs is that since these tictacs were seen in 2004, this technology would have probably made it into the mainstream by now (or at least an offshoot of it would have been noticed).
It's only been 15+ years.
