I live in Florida, and I do have to say that the white college kids behave pretty badly when they come here for spring break too. As Jesse Jackson once said, when he was still sane and railing against things like the black out-of-wedlock birth rate, what goes around comes around. If you tolerate this behavior from blacks, whites will get into it too; if you glorify white movie stars having babies without marriage, teenagers of all races will get into it too.
