The Supreme Court also threw out Attorney Lin Wood’s election challenge without comment.
The Supreme Court turned down EVERY SINGLE election case this year without comment. What a tragedy.
It was the Trump Wisconsin case that was dismissed this morning.

I personally believe Trump split the powers of the president using presidential directory 51. Which is why they tried to impeach him after leaving office.
The US military said they're leaving troops in DC and around the major cities until September.

The Trump presidency exposed a sad truth about the state of modern civilization. He was the first to call out “Fake News” but the list has grown. We now have “Fake Politics”, “Fake Capitalism”, “Fake Science”, “Fake Religion”, “Fake Elections”, and “Fake Free Speech”.
With the abdication of the SCOTUS to defend the basic rule of law embodied in the US Constitution we can now add “Fake Justice” to the list. It doesn’t mean you can’t live long and prosper if you know how to play by the fake rules but you should abandon the illusion that any of this really matters any more.

In every lower court case brought by President Trump or the Trump campaign, the courts found standing, but denied relief on the merits. SCOTUS simply declined to review those decisions.

No one should. Roberts wasn’t threatened. He is pleased to see President Trump finally removed. Kavanaugh is a different story. He’s a replacement agreement.

Our USSC is more like the Chinese Supreme Court.
Wrong on merit indicates they reviewed the evidence. The cases were dismissed on process such as standing on latches.
I have a few friends that are ate with the “military is going is going to fix this.” Geesh the military leadership has been purged of patriots.
Justice Scalia would be rolling in his grave if he knew what she’s done.
I would like to see a Pinochet style reform, but I'm afraid that our military's upper commands have been pretty much emasculated by Clinton and obama.
Glad to hear from like-minded souls. I can’t compromise my values anymore, and support a party that doesn’t care if my legal ballot is voided out by voter fraud. I’m 74, and live in New York State, so it’s not as if my vote ever counts anyway.

That’s my point. If SCOTUS is saying they can’t hear it because it’s a state issue, then NO federal court can hear it.

Nor would the losers be able to bring their cases to federal court. DOJ isn’t allowed to intervene on anything at this point unless there is a violation of federal law.
Can’t have it both ways. Either the states have control or the feds do. Any decision made on voting rights, gerrymandering, etc has just been made null and void.
