There’s been a lot of controversy over Joe Biden’s seeming reluctance to want all the public schools opening up as soon as possible. Obviously, that’s not making a lot of parents very happy.
But if they saw what just happened at Porter Ridge High School in Indian Trail, North Carolina, they just might not want to send their kids back.
A teacher, as part of an assignment, asked kids to list what political party they would choose and had them write it down, and explain why. The teacher then publicized to the rest of the class what each student had chosen and what they had written, with conservative students being bullied, according to WCNC.
One mother described how her daughter was bullied for being a Republican. She said that the daughter got threats, “These threats that, ‘we’ll show them!’ Or, ‘I can’t wait until I see her,'” the mother explained.
Students took pictures of the students’ answers with their names next to them and spread them throughout the school so kids from other classes were soon involved in the bullying and threats.
The mother said given the “climate” now, “people are too politically charged up” and she said it’s “just creating a toxic environment.” She blasted the teacher. “That teacher put a target, he outed these children.”

just put down marxist you will get a standing ovation
Orwellian Public school doxxing
Teachers need some lethal treatment for this
Me too. SSS.
“First they came for the Jews.........!”
Next, the Republican gym instructor at the same school offers a class on the 2nd amendment.
If this school receives federal funds, there is a chance that the teachers conduct constitutes a civil Rights violation.
I understand why to home school or go private. I live in a small conservative town. Teachers have their own kids in the school .....
I haven’t run into ant crazy ones. My 3 kids (all adults now and knuckle dragging conservatives) went through school no problem with a decent education.
I can give many examples of teachers being genuinely open and conservative. My favorite is kids were writing a paper on native Americans and the deaths (disease, trail of tears, ...). My kid wrote that the natives scored a generational killer by hooking Europeans on tobacco and killing hundreds of millions with lung cancer. That kid got a “Very interesting A” on their paper. Good families, make good communities, make good schools. Crazy progressives make chaos.
Absolutely! Where are these parents? No one can tell me that most of the parents aren’t furious with this stuff, so what is wrong with them, are they scared? There is nothing like the power of local taxpayers at school board meetings. The superintendents of these schools need to be held responsible.
Well, here’s the directory, a few possibilities. If he outs kids as Republicans why can’t he be outed as an @$$hole?

I ask this question in my class, but I teach economics and it is part of the curriculum. I have them take the World’s Smallest Political Quiz. They love it.
There is totally a way to teach this, it just requires that you are a totalitarian Marxist to be able to teach it effectively.

What’s the TEACHER’s NAME???? I WANT A PICTURE ALSO!!~! Turnabout is FAIR PLAY!
Talk about BULLYING!! I thought DECENT parents didn’t like it when their child was bullied OR DOING the BULLYING!
I’m glad Christa McAuliffe was spared the knowledge of what’s become of her profession.
“The teacher is probably a Dem/Socialist who did that on purpose.”
Ya THINK?
I'm with you. So let me just summarize it for myself by saying "it wouldn't end well for the teacher."
Union County is a Republican County... I think you’ll see the teacher be fired...
It is actually possible to go to each class website (I am making the assumption it is a social studies class) and see the assignments. I don’t have the patience to look them all up but, did look at one about political parties. I could see the the teacher adding the question to the others without blinking.
School is a child’s workplace.
This is a hostile workplace, and the families should sue.
