There’s been a lot of controversy over Joe Biden’s seeming reluctance to want all the public schools opening up as soon as possible. Obviously, that’s not making a lot of parents very happy.
But if they saw what just happened at Porter Ridge High School in Indian Trail, North Carolina, they just might not want to send their kids back.
A teacher, as part of an assignment, asked kids to list what political party they would choose and had them write it down, and explain why. The teacher then publicized to the rest of the class what each student had chosen and what they had written, with conservative students being bullied, according to WCNC.
One mother described how her daughter was bullied for being a Republican. She said that the daughter got threats, “These threats that, ‘we’ll show them!’ Or, ‘I can’t wait until I see her,'” the mother explained.
Students took pictures of the students’ answers with their names next to them and spread them throughout the school so kids from other classes were soon involved in the bullying and threats.
The mother said given the “climate” now, “people are too politically charged up” and she said it’s “just creating a toxic environment.” She blasted the teacher. “That teacher put a target, he outed these children.”

So you can’t wear a MAGA hat to school because it may create a violent reaction but you can single out conservative kids for ridicule and that’s just fine?

Public teachers are the worst of the worst.
The teacher is probably a Dem/Socialist who did that on purpose.
Next, she will make them wear dunce caps.
The teacher is guilty of harassment and needs to go to jail.

You can only abuse free people for so long, and for so hard. Then there is a backlash. History provides no example of a people with our mentality, and our being armed to the teeth being subjugated.
They are mistaking patience and hope for submission and weakness. In aerodynamic terms, they are pushing this load WAY past design limitations and the spar will eventually fail. And when it does, it will be sudden and violent.

(If this had happened when my brothers and I were growing up, my dad would have showed up at that school with a 12 gauge wanting to know ‘just what the hell is going on?)

Ditto, and it did end well for the socialist teacher. The kids were outed and targeted and the teacher still has a job with no consequences to him.
Start suing teachers and you’ll start seeing change.
This crap will continue until parents of these kids “occupy” school board meetings and force them to fire this kind of teachers.
