The Supreme Court’s refusal to grapple with 2020 presidential election lawsuits concerning patently dubious policymaking by judges in Pennsylvania is a dereliction of duty of the highest order.
Its unwillingness to grant certiorari is particularly glaring because the claims of malfeasance are so straightforward, the issues at hand are so fundamental, and the imperative to adjudicate them is so acute, given the likeliness for them to recur and influence future elections.

Don’t know. But if you want your rights protected to adopt a gazillion children and to drink a gazillion beers then the SC is the place to be.
That’s a very good question.
We already know we cannot count on the usual branches of goverment and law to ‘do their thing’ and straighten things out. We knocked on the heavy double doors of the Supreme Court, several times. Nobody’s home for us.
Nothing will change until enough people want it.
That means enough Democrats and Independents too.
We now know several RINOs and Globalist GOP are just peachy with the way things are right now.
Enough people will need to learn what they stand to lose if our voting system remains as corrupt and shabby as it is now.
If we EVER get a GAB or Parler that is easy to use, but not easy prey to be destroyed by the Libs, this would be a first step.

It’s not inexplicable at all. Thomas is just not ready to consider the obvious explanation, and the consequences of that entails.

Some mention the last box, armed warfare, but I’m not seeing it. Who am I supposed to shoot, honestly?
Resistance, sure. Choose your battles. But get a posse together and attack...who?
Then moving is mentioned. There are some freer countries. But how long will that last? How to emigrate? Would we be accepted? There are no open countries like North America was open in the 1600s.
Which leaves me with I don’t know. I govern myself. I have some government of immediate family. I have some work to do in my weakened, damaged church. And a tiny bit in my local community.
I am trying to help recall Gov Newsom. Will the process be free and fair? I doubt it. But what is the alternative.

I would not be surprised if Judge Thomas retired soon, say by 2022. He’s already 72 years old and has been on that bench since the early 1990’s. Thomas may be tired of being predictably outnumbered in nearly every pivotal case.
That last pivotal case, re: Voter Fraud, will resonate in the courts memory forevermore. The strange outcome has set a new precedent, and is now a part of our history, sad to say.
After the chads fiasco Florida has done an excellent job of reforming their election process. Every state needs to look there and follow their lead.

So, the last stop is the Supreme Court, and they are obviously not able or willing to stop the left. So, the answer might just have to be...outcheat them...
First step is to repeal the 17th Amendment. The deep state is built on it.
Load up State Capitols with conservatives, constitutional convention, repeal the 17th.. things will sort out quickly post repeal.
Those last two Trump appointments are as worthless as they come.
I cannot believe there people writing in Free Republic about the voting fiasco and now the real placement of a mentally either insane or severely brain damaged man coupled with his vice president who did say one time or another that conservatives ought to be shot, and not knowing what to DO???
I tell will tell you exactly what we must do if we want a nation anything like the Constitution was set up to provide...we must secede and we must not waste time doing it.
It will take too long for COS to get it together enough to have a hand in truly promoting this...but this nation has a bunch of red states and Texas may be the one to push this agenda.
We must if we don’t want to be hung by the gonads as Kameltoes would have us do.

You shouldn't be asking those questions on a public forum. There will never be a "posse" of any size to go up against the National Guard or regular military in a face to face confrontation. Think outside that box.

DUMP THE WHOLE CONGRESS HOUSE AND SENATE AND START OVER WITH NEW ONES, THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SERVED IN CONGRESS AND THEN HAVE STRICT TERM LIMITS.
