I would not be surprised if Judge Thomas retired soon, say by 2022. He’s already 72 years old and has been on that bench since the early 1990’s. Thomas may be tired of being predictably outnumbered in nearly every pivotal case.
That last pivotal case, re: Voter Fraud, will resonate in the courts memory forevermore. The strange outcome has set a new precedent, and is now a part of our history, sad to say.

Well, if I were Thomas, and I saw how the last few “conservative” appointees are voting, I don’t think I would ever retire.
