Don’t know. But if you want your rights protected to adopt a gazillion children and to drink a gazillion beers then the SC is the place to be.

That’s a very good question.
We already know we cannot count on the usual branches of goverment and law to ‘do their thing’ and straighten things out. We knocked on the heavy double doors of the Supreme Court, several times. Nobody’s home for us.

Nothing will change until enough people want it.
That means enough Democrats and Independents too.
We now know several RINOs and Globalist GOP are just peachy with the way things are right now.
Enough people will need to learn what they stand to lose if our voting system remains as corrupt and shabby as it is now.

If we EVER get a GAB or Parler that is easy to use, but not easy prey to be destroyed by the Libs, this would be a first step.

“These cases provide us,” Thomas asserted, “with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle.

“The refusal to do so,” he concluded, “is inexplicable.”

It’s not inexplicable at all. Thomas is just not ready to consider the obvious explanation, and the consequences of that entails.

I don’t know.

Some mention the last box, armed warfare, but I’m not seeing it. Who am I supposed to shoot, honestly?

Resistance, sure. Choose your battles. But get a posse together and attack...who?

Then moving is mentioned. There are some freer countries. But how long will that last? How to emigrate? Would we be accepted? There are no open countries like North America was open in the 1600s.

Which leaves me with I don’t know. I govern myself. I have some government of immediate family. I have some work to do in my weakened, damaged church. And a tiny bit in my local community.

I am trying to help recall Gov Newsom. Will the process be free and fair? I doubt it. But what is the alternative.

After the chads fiasco Florida has done an excellent job of reforming their election process. Every state needs to look there and follow their lead.

So, the last stop is the Supreme Court, and they are obviously not able or willing to stop the left. So, the answer might just have to be...outcheat them...

Where do we go to bet the integrity of our vote back????

DUMP THE WHOLE CONGRESS HOUSE AND SENATE AND START OVER WITH NEW ONES, THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SERVED IN CONGRESS AND THEN HAVE STRICT TERM LIMITS.

Posted Article excerpt: Now Congress is poised to foist on the country legislation enshrining the very dubious emergency election rules and regulations—mass mail-in balloting, vote harvesting, weakened verification standards, acceptance of ballots days after the election, etc.—that enabled the alleged raft of fraud, illegality, and corruption that proliferated in 2020, or at a minimum created the opportunity for such mischief.

If the feds "enshrine the very dubious rules" with legislation designed to block state election reforms; and the courts- packed or unpacked- continue to lay down, we can only hope 38 states will wake up and restore the Republic with an Art. V convention. The consequences of this failing are too much for me to contemplate today.

We need to go to on our knees before the Lord.

Anything else will only give us more of the same.

The electoral fraud required the help of or cooperation of several key state executive branches, state legislative branches and the federal House and Senate. The Supreme Court is going to step into that? Really, you ask too much of them. The courts were never an option with that much collusion going on by the powers that be.

The oligarchy went all in and stole the election from the People and rubbed our noses in it knowing the People wouldn’t resort to arms to take back the government from them.

The only non-violent way forward seems to be taking back the local and state governments. Not sure that will be successful in the end, but I see no other way.

The Democratic Party needs to be banned forever.

It is a criminal enterprise—no way to walk that back...

The basic fact is that in the future more and more people will be able to vote.

Either Republicans figure out how to win when everyone who wants to can vote or they will cease to exist.

adapt or die: start from the presumption that we are headed towards 100 percent voting; either figure out how to win or give up.

"Where Do We Go to Get the Integrity of Our Vote Back? "

I understand that Trump is working on fixing voting integrity as we discuss it.

Regarding voting integrity, based on the brilliant suggestion (imo) of another freeper for Trump to moderate a constitutional convention (con-con), we need to have a Trump led con-con to repeal 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments (17A) imo.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to get their institututionally indoctrinated local and state government leaders up to speed on the major problem that the corrupt, post-17A ratification, desperate Democratic-controlled feds are stealing state revenues by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
