Where Do We Go to Get the Integrity of Our Vote Back?
Epoch Times ^ | 2/25/2021 | Benjamin Weingarten

The Supreme Court’s refusal to grapple with 2020 presidential election lawsuits concerning patently dubious policymaking by judges in Pennsylvania is a dereliction of duty of the highest order.

Its unwillingness to grant certiorari is particularly glaring because the claims of malfeasance are so straightforward, the issues at hand are so fundamental, and the imperative to adjudicate them is so acute, given the likeliness for them to recur and influence future elections.

Posted Article excerpt: Now Congress is poised to foist on the country legislation enshrining the very dubious emergency election rules and regulations—mass mail-in balloting, vote harvesting, weakened verification standards, acceptance of ballots days after the election, etc.—that enabled the alleged raft of fraud, illegality, and corruption that proliferated in 2020, or at a minimum created the opportunity for such mischief.

If the feds "enshrine the very dubious rules" with legislation designed to block state election reforms; and the courts- packed or unpacked- continue to lay down, we can only hope 38 states will wake up and restore the Republic with an Art. V convention. The consequences of this failing are too much for me to contemplate today.

Well, if I were Thomas, and I saw how the last few “conservative” appointees are voting, I don’t think I would ever retire.

We need to go to on our knees before the Lord.

Anything else will only give us more of the same.

The electoral fraud required the help of or cooperation of several key state executive branches, state legislative branches and the federal House and Senate. The Supreme Court is going to step into that? Really, you ask too much of them. The courts were never an option with that much collusion going on by the powers that be.

The oligarchy went all in and stole the election from the People and rubbed our noses in it knowing the People wouldn’t resort to arms to take back the government from them.

The only non-violent way forward seems to be taking back the local and state governments. Not sure that will be successful in the end, but I see no other way.

The Democratic Party needs to be banned forever.

It is a criminal enterprise—no way to walk that back...

“restore the Republic with an Art. V convention”

Not sure that will go as we would like. The result may actually make things much worse. The oligarchy will use such an opportunity to eviscerate individual liberties we currently enjoy, at least on paper.

The basic fact is that in the future more and more people will be able to vote.

Either Republicans figure out how to win when everyone who wants to can vote or they will cease to exist.

adapt or die: start from the presumption that we are headed towards 100 percent voting; either figure out how to win or give up.

Perhaps a vacation on a small island would help people to think through this question:

Yes...I’ve read many objections to Art. V conventions, including justice Scalia’s. There is always risk in politics. And I”m not calling for one now. But it may come to it, as an attempt to prevent even riskier undertakings.

"Where Do We Go to Get the Integrity of Our Vote Back? "

I understand that Trump is working on fixing voting integrity as we discuss it.

Regarding voting integrity, based on the brilliant suggestion (imo) of another freeper for Trump to moderate a constitutional convention (con-con), we need to have a Trump led con-con to repeal 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments (17A) imo.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to get their institututionally indoctrinated local and state government leaders up to speed on the major problem that the corrupt, post-17A ratification, desperate Democratic-controlled feds are stealing state revenues by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Question should be ‘when?’

The response would then be: When the Repubs begin using the same tactics to win.

At that point, Dems will crawl over broken glass to try to restore ‘integrity’ to the voting process.

The 2020 Steal of the Century could not have happened without RINO-controlled legislatures, governors, secretaries of state, and judges rolling over and allowing the Dems to unconstitutionally set the one-sided cheating rules with their fake cheat by mail-in ballots and Dominion machines.

The only place to begin to fight back is with the Republican primaries of 2022. Vote out every RINO who showed themselves to be a traitor to President Trump.

Rinse and repeat 2024 and beyond.

The GOP voters are overwhelmingly conservative. WHY SHOULD WE LEAVE? Purge the RINOs.

Agreed, it’s not cheating if the other side has stopped keeping the rules.

I hear you re the 17th but that still leaves us needing to vote fairly and all and that doesn’t seem to be happening. At least not nationwide. Maybe some states or areas still have fair elections.

State by state.

Get rid of mail in voting.

Demand voters show ID.

Its a minimal start.

Would also push for paper ballots...no machines.
