Sidney Powell's "Kraken" has finally made it to the docket of the Supreme Court. The suit is perhaps the strongest collective argument yet against voter fraud.
It contains the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 FRAUDULANT VOTES casted in the election.
Further, it contains official Georgia elections records that prove the Dominion Voting Systems program's "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results." In other words, official Georgia election canvassers could not rely on Dominion Voting Systems' software to count the vote because it didn't repeat the same vote totals twice.
The Lawsuit states:
15. The Interim Report shows multiple grave problems with the accuracy and vulnerability to hacking and evidence destruction of the Dominion Voting Systems (“Dominion”) machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. The report is relevant to each of the Related Cases because each of the states in question uses Dominion equipment. The Interim Report vindicates the lengthy opinion and order of Judge Amy Totenberg in Curling v. Raffensperger, 2020 WL 5994029 (N.D. Ga. 10/11/20), which found “extreme” and unacceptable security risks in the Dominion system. Compelling evidence and expert analyses show convincingly that the results of the Dominion system cannot be trusted and should not have been certified.
16. The findings in the Interim Report are consistent with the expert testimony provided by Mr. Ramsland regarding Dominion’s vote manipulation in the Petitioners’ November 25, 2020 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “District Court”) (R 450; 2438), and with his testimony in the Related Cases. Mr. Ramsland concluded in the Georgia case that, for the State of Georgia, “at least 96,000 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast,” and “136,098 ballots were illegally counted as result of improper manipulation of the Dominion software,” id., each of which is several times larger than former VicePresident [sic] Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia (10,457 votes). Similar anomalies exist in the Related Cases. Among other things, the Complaints in the trial courts and the Petitions to this Court in each of the Related Cases all seek prospective injunctive relief requiring a similar forensic audit of Dominion voting machines.
17. The Coffee County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections refused to certify the machine recount election returns on their Dominion systems “given its inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results.”6 The results of the machine recount report were internally inconsistent and could not be reconciled and were inconsistent with both the election night count and the hand audit.7 The Coffee County BRE analysis confirms the findings of the Interim Report, cited above, that ballots going to adjudication can be changed on a wholesale basis by the operator with no oversight, controls or accountability, an extremely serious vulnerability.
The Kraken has been released, and it's time to audit the vote and cancel out the widespread fraud that tipped the election for Biden.
That aligns perfectly with the clerks' explanation. Those errors were votes for down ballot issues that did not exist in the tabulator, but did exist in the ballot marking machine. The software/data in the tabulator was from the previous election. Simple. It doesn't require the GOP canvassers to be conspiring against Trump. And it's just not as interesting Hugo Chavez, China, the CIA all conspiring with Dominion to create Trump hating voting machines.
The fraud in Michigan was in Detroit county and it was the traditional kind, excacerbated by the mail-in ballots.
This will be denied as quick as the Texas case unfortunatley.

Let’s even accept this as an explanation ( I don’t ). Such is UNACCEPTABLE. why should tabulations from a previous election exist in the CURRENT election?

Again, We are NOT talking about Clerks in Antrim County. We are talking about something INHERENT within the system itself, which the clerks in Antrim County have NO CONTROL OVER.

Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, visited Central Lake Township, Star Township, and Mancelona Township on Nov. 27 to examine Dominion tabulators and tabulator roles ( note the date — 3 weeks after the Secretary of State’s report ).
Here is their report:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Ramsland said. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that the Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
This is not an indictment against the GOP HUMAN canvassers but with the DOMINION SYSTEM ITSELF.

Two possibilities — the forensic auditors are LYING or the forensic auditors are telling the truth.
Simple solution — The court should APPOINT ONE THAT CAN BE TRUSTED and let the audit results be compared.
I assume you are asking if any on the list I posted could support the president....only one and that is Rand Paul.
Paul does a few off the wall things every now and then, but he is far from stupid..
There are others but they lack a leader. And McConnell will not .
There are many other very important people who are in on the graft and I suspect some of them ae thinking about forcing Biden and Harris to concede so as to take the pressure off of the rest.
In other words, make a deal. Otherwise whether Trump wins or loses they face federal criminal charges.

Again, we are not talking about the HUMAN canvassers, we are talking about the software and system itself that are creating this errors. Why the NEED to manually correct the results? A good, accurate, well tested system should not be producing errors like this. NOT IN AN ELECTION AS VITAL AS THIS ONE ( heck in NO election should we even tolerate this error ).

I agree with you that Detroit was rife with fraud ( as usual, what’s new ).
But I disagree that what happened in Antrim County is a red herring. No it is NOT. The error and problem discovered there has IMPLICATIONS for every single Dominion machine used in every other county.

The CONFIGURATION of the various machines (software/data files) has to be updated (this should be obvious). Someone failed to do it on all the machines. It's human error. The clerk admitted for Christ sake under oath, and for some stupid reason you don't believe them. You'd prefer to believe someone who WAS PAID MONEY to allege fraud.

Judges are only afraid of violent mobs. Republicans have not done a single violent act to scare the judges. That is why scotus will claim Sidney Powell has no standing, regardless of how many plaintiffs she represents. Just watch. Now if Republicans threaten a few judges, then all of a sudden Powell will have standing.
Powell didn’t file on her own behalf.

In your above statement, You imply that the forensic auditors are so negligent and incompetent that they did not take the CONFIGURATION ISSUES ( i.e. manual errors ) that you mentioned into account when they did the forensic auditing.
Allied Security took forensic images of the county’s 22 tabulators and reviewed other election-related material.
THE AUDITORS WERE *AWARE* of what you described - that the discrepancy was attributed to a clerk’s failure to update the programming/data files in the tabulators.
Russell James Ramsland Jr., who conducted the audit and has worked with NASA and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, disputed the claim.
“We disagree and conclude that the vote flip occurred because of machine error built into the voting software designed to create error,” he wrote in the report.

Now, there are two possibilites:
The forensic auditors are either LYING or INCOMPETENT
or
The forensic auditors know what they’re doing and are telling the truth.
You apparently choose to believe the former.
I don’t.
We can’t both be right here.
So, what’s the solution? To simply trust the Dominion System and let them continue to be the system of choice in say, Georgia for the next Senate runoff? I am not that trusting. If you want to trust Dominion, be my guest. You are entitled to your own opinion.
I say — Select a trusted third party forensic auditor to do another audit and compare their audit results with the one done by Allied Security.
*THAT* is a better way to ensure that we don’t have a flawed, compromised system counting our votes in this country.
Not if a few judges are found with a horses head like in movie godfather. But Republicans are not capable of that.
