John Roberts Is a Freaking Coward, and It's Time to Stop Pretending Otherwise

A few days ago, I wrote on the 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court to strike down Andrew Cuomo’s clearly unconstitutional COVID regulations. They were clearly unconstitutional because they specifically and unfairly targeted religious institutions. Cuomo didn’t even really attempt to make a salient case, as one simply doesn’t exist. His rules have been arbitrary and discriminatory, worrying more about Jewish kids going to school than mass protests in the street.

Neil Gorsuch eviscerated Cuomo in response (see Neil Gorsuch Murders Andrew Cuomo, Twitter Murders John Roberts)

Of course, this shouldn’t have been a 5-4 decision. A ruling so fundamental to individual rights should have been 9-0, but the liberal justices are going to do what they do. Yet, it was Chief Justice John Roberts, a Bush appointee, who truly showed his colors. Listen to his reasoning and try to come away with any other impression than he’s just a political coward.

GORSUCH (counterpoint): "If we dismissed this case, nothing would prevent the Governor from reinstating the challenged restrictions tomorrow. And by the time a new challenge might work its way to us, he could just change them again."

— Eddie Zipperer (@EddieZipperer) November 29, 2020

Roberts essentially admits that what Cuomo is doing is unconstitutional. Instead of simply ruling that given that was the question at hand in the case, he decides it’s best to vote in favor of Cuomo. Does that make sense to anyone? His excuse is that Cuomo was no longer enforcing the guidelines, yet as Gorsuch explains, without striking them down, they could be reinstated at any time. Roberts knows this, but he’s such a coward that he can’t even be on record supporting the most basic of individual rights, i.e. the First Amendment.

Roberts is trying to have his cake and eat it too by saying in his opinion that the restrictions are probably unconstitutional but let's not decide either way as long as Cuomo temporarily lifts the restrictions whenever they make their way to us.

— Eddie Zipperer (@EddieZipperer) November 29, 2020

None of this is surprising though. There’s a reason the Supreme Court has thus far refused to hear any difficult Second Amendment cases. Roberts does not want to have to make a tough decision. That’s why he rewrote Obamacare instead of rightly ruling it unconstitutional. It’s why he ruled for COVID restrictions back in January that were targeting churches while allowing other forms of gatherings to go on. Roberts is not a protector of the law. He’s a political actor trying to keep the back-slaps flowing on the D.C. cocktail circuit.

George W. Bush made a lot of mistakes. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, to the extent they were justified, were ultimately waged inefficiently and without the will to win. Bush delivered essentially nothing for conservatism, instead embracing a Medicare expansion and the further federalizing of education. Yet, John Roberts may be his worst, most inexcusable fumble. He had a chance to place someone as Chief Justice who could be a conservative bulwark against tyranny for generations. Instead, he put Roberts in that position and the country has been paying the price ever since.

Same thing with Sessions.

Sessions only recused himself from Investigating Trump, not from the Coup. But they owned him.

Yes, but judicial confirmations were still being dictated by John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and their “gang” that was colluding with the democrats.

I like you guys but pay attention once in a while! Supreme court chief justice John Roberts is and has been compromised ever since he wrote the for obamacare. Read that memorize it and stop acting like no one ever told you so. I'm tired of having to write the same ol' sh_t over and over again because some of you just don't get it. Obama, Brennan and clapper all nailed him for illegally smuggling in his kids years ago. Story told again stop pretending like no one ever told you!!!

Obviously on smaller issues the left does not care about Robets can vote as he wants. On big issues he’s owned and has to do what he is told.

Is he a coward, bought and paid for, threatened with some kind of dirt, or has he always been a Leftist that just hid it well?

Yes.

Well, there was that one time he stood up to Jug Ears at the SOTU. Granted that doesn’t require much testicular fortitude.

Roberts is not a coward, he’s corrupt. Let’s stop pretending otherwise.

If you are going to butcher it I'll tell it again.

This story is the product of over 10 years of research and several hundred links and other info. So don't ask for anything. Just do your own research.

Roberts and his wife could not have children. Her mother butted in and "suggested" (as mother in laws do) that they adopt a blonde haired boy and girl from the home county in Ireland. I believe it was County Cork but I'm not sure. Who cares.

Anyway they went to Ireland years ago (the kids are about 20 by now)found two children they liked took the birth mothers and flew everyone to Central America. From there they adopted the kids to the US as if they were blonde haired blue eyed Central Americans. I don't know the country never could find it.

When Roberts was picked by 43 the NYT did a standard bio on the entire family. They sort of stopped short when they came to the kids since they probably figured out what had transpired which is not rocket science. The time in one link claimed they 'didn't want to mess with the kids "civil rights"! Yeah right.

Much of what i found link wise is gone now the links I used years ago have been 404 ed to death. Anyway, the gutless times let it go but the article on his family, the bio remained online.

My guess is when obamacare came up val/jar and the other ozero handlers figured they needed to compromise Roberts. This is becoming a reality and not a guess that they used the HAMR super computer on Roberts that dug up the smallest detail that ever happened to him. One of the details had to be the bio done by the NYT and from there they put the rest together and blackmailed the shit out of Roberts and that has stood ever since.

Another guess I have made over the years is that Roberts may have been forced or decided to take payoffs as well. Zero's handlers probably figured out that the kids would grow up they would lose leverage and they needed more on Roberts,so they paid him off as well.

This is the story that never ends and I continue to tweak it.

The only good thing about GWB is Justice Alito. Harriet Miers would have been better than Roberts.
