The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives that sought to have the results nullified over constitutional concerns about a 2019 change in absentee ballot rules. The lead plaintiffs in the case are Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell.

PA Supreme Court is one of the most corrupt in America. Absolutely lawless Stalinazi Demonrat tyranny.
On to the SC and the PA SC will be overruled again!
Here you go:
“Legal jockeying in Pennsylvania intensified Friday as Republicans asked the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure county election officials were segregating mail ballots delivered after Election Day, the latest effort by the GOP to use the courts to intervene in the vote count as former vice president Joe Biden’s advantage grew.
On Friday evening, Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., who received the petition because he is the justice responsible for that region, approved the GOP request for now, ordering county boards to comply with state guidance to keep the late ballots separate. However, Alito did not direct election officials to stop counting the ballots, as the Republicans had also sought. He called for a response from state officials by Saturday afternoon.”
And:
I am off to bed. Good night!
“PA does NOT have a republican form for government.”
In violation of The Constitution; Article IV, Section. 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of government.”
Why would we give a sh!t what the liberal Pa court does!!!
>> The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said the suit was dismissed because the plaintiffs failed to file their case in a “timely manner” when Act 77 was passed in 2019. <<
File when the law is passed, and you get tossed for lack of standing. File when you’re injured, and you get tossed for not being timely.
BTW, I am curious with the Trump campaign and RNC for not seeing this one coming. We should have had 50 of our own lawyers in every state ready to go to court immediately for tabulating irregularities.
Thanks for posting; writing. Criminals always have the drop on the unsuspecting innocent. “Who will protect us from our ‘protectors’”? - Mark RIP Scott - Detroit talk radio. Law - walking 100 ft up barefoot on the edge of a big razor blade boxcar on a runaway train under a big tent and a blindfold on with no net 1000 miles from nowhere and nobody around in a night with no moonlight. Such is the state of the republic 11/28/2020.

What’s law? Civilization? pffft. Why?
Nope. Bush v Gore: the federal courts have prerogative to prevent states from changing the rules of an election.
Thank you
Ha..cause the sooner they say NO WE GO TO SUPREMES!
Alito will act tomorrow if not already. Certification will be stayed per earlier ruling. 3 justices rule by Tuesday... my guess. Witnesses friday. Audit ordered by following monday.
Indeed.
The ruling was unanimous.
In Pennsylvania, a sitting US Supreme Court Justice (Alito) ordered the segregation and storing in secure containers, late-arriving absentee ballots.
This was not done; in fact, the people on the ground in Pennsylvania more or less flipped off a sitting Supreme Court Justice.
Three other members of the Supremes were either on the Bush v. Gore court, or lawyers for the winning side.
One member (Thomas) was trashed on false claims of sexual harassment, during his confirmation.
By one Senator from Delaware, Joe Biden.
One member (Kavanaugh) was trashed on false claims of sexual assault, during his confirmation.
By one Senator from California, Kamala Harris.
I put Biden’s odds at “none” in the Supreme Court.
And that’s being optimistic.
What exactly would you have ‘we’ to do?
Bingo. “Joseph, it has been a loooong time. I have not forgotten.”
Fine.

I claim a lifetime handicap in all matters of spelling pronunciation and grammar.
It’s not that Louisiana is wrong. The rest of the nation is spelling imagination impaired.
Geaux Tigers!!!
And here’s the best part: The PA Supreme Court’s decision rests on what’s called an “adequate and independent state procedural ground,” which the US Supreme Court lacks jurisdiction to review. So it’s totally and irrevocably final.
Tribe is a fool.
The final arbiter is each state’s legislature and it will be the US Supreme Court’s responsibility to so judge.
