The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives that sought to have the results nullified over constitutional concerns about a 2019 change in absentee ballot rules. The lead plaintiffs in the case are Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell.

It just gets this to the Supreme Court quicker.
It can pave the way for the litigation from the other States to get to the Supreme Court as well.

Since the PA legislature has decided to act, the PA supreme court’s action is probably mute.
But it will go to SCOTUS anyway. And SCOTUS will probably restore the block on certification ensuring that PA legislature follows through.
Perhaps they were not harmed until the period of time beginning after 8:00 pm November 3rd. I swear this entire court needs to swing from a short rope.
Anything conservative or Republican need not apply to the PA Supreme Court! They are not interested in ruling based on law, rather they are political cuck hacks!!!

The problem today is that SCOTUS might still feel stung by the 2000 ruling and put proper jurisprudence aside.
Today's definition of "balance" is that each side "gets one," regardless of who's right.
"Balance" means that if Republicans won in 2000, Democrats must win in 2020, regardless of how Democrats committed crimes to get here.
It's for "balance" now.

This is how they want to use the us Supreme Court. If just a power grab, has absolutely nothing to do with the rule of law. They can do anything because they have the complete backing of the courts. This is what the whole country will be faced with soon enough. Everyone is too scared to push back...except Trump
