The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said the suit was dismissed because the plaintiffs failed to file their case in a “timely manner” when Act 77 was passed in 2019.Perhaps they were not harmed until the period of time beginning after 8:00 pm November 3rd. I swear this entire court needs to swing from a short rope.

I never knew unconstitutional laws cure themselves after a period of time or challenges to constitutionality has a window that it must fit. Very interesting. It’s a built-in cure to unconstitutionality.

File when the law is passed, and you get tossed for lack of standing. File when you’re injured, and you get tossed for not being timely.

Ah, I see. So if you do something not just illegal, but unConstitutional (State), you're free to go in less than a year? Did they give a date range for the statute of limitations on challenging legislative acts? Has PA ever invalidated a law more than a year after it was passed?
So it sounds like they didn't rule on any merits, because they knew there was no legal finagling they could do against the case. So find a fake technicality and use that to dismiss.
