I never knew unconstitutional laws cure themselves after a period of time or challenges to constitutionality has a window that it must fit. Very interesting. It’s a built-in cure to unconstitutionality.

You and I are just a little out of date that's all. I looked it up in the US Constitution. It reads:

AMENDMENT XXVIII - Originally proposed Jan. 29, 2009. Ratified Feb. 1, 2009. Constitutionality is anything deemed necessary by Courts of Law.
