Who thought the PA Supreme Court would do anything else? The are DEMOCRAT partisans. The will do NOTHING to ever side with Republican.

It just gets this to the Supreme Court quicker.
It can pave the way for the litigation from the other States to get to the Supreme Court as well.

Since the PA legislature has decided to act, the PA supreme court’s action is probably mute.
But it will go to SCOTUS anyway. And SCOTUS will probably restore the block on certification ensuring that PA legislature follows through.
Perhaps they were not harmed until the period of time beginning after 8:00 pm November 3rd. I swear this entire court needs to swing from a short rope.
Anything conservative or Republican need not apply to the PA Supreme Court! They are not interested in ruling based on law, rather they are political cuck hacks!!!
The problem today is that SCOTUS might still feel stung by the 2000 ruling and put proper jurisprudence aside.
Today's definition of "balance" is that each side "gets one," regardless of who's right.
"Balance" means that if Republicans won in 2000, Democrats must win in 2020, regardless of how Democrats committed crimes to get here.
It's for "balance" now.

This is how they want to use the us Supreme Court. If just a power grab, has absolutely nothing to do with the rule of law. They can do anything because they have the complete backing of the courts. This is what the whole country will be faced with soon enough. Everyone is too scared to push back...except Trump
Are those morons appointed for life or term limited? If they are term limited, they need to replace those morons with idiots. Then maybe they’ll know the law...
But their reasoning had nothing to do with the case that the Republicans brought. They ruled that the number of contested votes was fewer than the margin of Biden’s majority. The case wasn’t contesting a specific number of votes because it was impossible to separate the illegal ballots. What the Republicans were contesting was that the Governor and the partisan courts had usurped the power of the legislature to set the rules for the election.

The PA Supreme Court is nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Demonrat Party.
God allowed Trump to gain office. The people allowed BS to continue and did little to nothing. BLM, riots, allowing liberals to gain seats in 2018. We allowed this and now God is allowing the fallout. God please be merciful on those of us who understand the rain falls on the good and the bad. It is about to rain cats, dogs, horses, and mountains.....

Pennsylvania’s county map looks like Trump-land. Yet that state’s Supreme Court is dominated by Democrats 5-to-2, and the Governor, AG, and Secretary of State are all Democrats. Go figure.
The PA supreme Court helped create this disaster. They should be co-defendants in this charade .....not adjudicators!!!
