Jemele Hill sparked a Twitter debate on Tuesday with a comment about Black men and their adherence to the patriarchy.
"I have increasingly found that many black men just want better access to patriarchy. They don't actually want it dismantled," she wrote.

Hahahaha, I’d imagine they do!
Patriarchy for the win!
They would flourish if they were allowed to be leaders in the black community. You can never increase responsibility by taking away responsibilities. Just like any man, black men just want to be allowed to be men.
Patriarchy literally means “ruling father”. Uh, don’t they have to be a father first before they can rule? More than 70% of the black families are headed by single mothers. How is patriarchy even possible?
Jemele Hill... stop there. Racist radical who can’t understand normal thinking.
Now you know why a lot of black men want nothing to do with black women.
Does that mean anything at all?
I think she's saying that black men are tired of the attitude that so many black women put out. But that's a different topic.
Considering that what she means by “the patriarchy” is “Western civilization,” and that Western civilization is the premier achievement of mankind, wanting to become part of it can only be laudable.
Now, get back in the kitchen and rattle those pots and pans. And take those shoes off. Who said you could wear shoes?
Well, that is the only alternative to women taking a man’s role in society, isn’t it? It’s not like women had real power before feminazism, is it?
Mark Twain said that he didn’t mind if women wanted to be equal to men, but he couldn’t understand why they wanted to give up all that power. Now they have, and life is bliss for them, isn’t it?
Men have proper roles and functions. Women have proper roles and functions.
Doubt it? Reflect that without the women’s vote we wouldn’t have had eight years of Beelzebubba and eight years of the Nairobi kid.
White liberal 'elites' threw black men out of black families with President Johnson's (D) Great Society. It was also rumored at the time that President Johnson was a member of the KKK (a democrat organization) as a young man growing up in Texas.
Breaking up the black family was also a goal of the Jim Crow South...
Democrats ugly then -- ugly now.
Trouble in paradise as the oppressed people of oppressionism colors turn on one another.

I know at least 6 Black dudes who told me they are voting for Trump, but all the Black women they know are voting blue. Most are lying to those woman about it, because they don’t want the grief. Black women are truly psychos. By far the most die hard Democrats in existence.
Then they need to act like men.
That means working for a living, marrying your woman, and being a father to the children you produce.
For decades, leftists have been saying white America has been emasculating black men. Now, a black woman is upset, probably because of non-zero black male support of Trump, and she wants to destroy their masculinity.
Ian Wallace and very very little about his current employment status. Supposedly a salesman.
Real man real fathers are the greatest threat that the Democrats have
They can easily for women who are very sensitive and emotional with their bull crap rhetoric - men dont buy it
When women see something wrong theyre usually too afraid to speak up against ; men are not
Fathers in the home keep the boys in particular on the straight and narrow and out of trouble with their strong hand ; women cannot do it I. The same way
I See this every day in my own home
My famous quote is your mother is always right - its whatever she says ! and I back it up!
***black men just want to be allowed to be men.***
In primitive cultures all across the world, the men felt they were WARRIORS and hunters, not farmers! Children herded the cattle and women did all the hard work.
These Communist Democrats do not want independent thought from black Americans.
