if we ever got a 2/3 majority on the senate, could we impeach all of the non supream court judges who have ruled on cases using political expediency to get a desired outcome that is counter to judicial law.
I dont think there has ever been a 2/3 control of the Senate in my lifetime - maybe after Watergate, there was
judicerary —
supream —
as badly as the demacrat party is behaving it might be possible. I think the rioting is actually going to hurt the Dems in the Senate and house
Methinks he had consumed 2/3 of a case of brandy.
Alcohol fueled vanities are the worst of all.
For the love of God, type slower, use auto-correct, something. This reads like it was written by an illiterate prepubescent imbecile.
There is waiting legislation from house and Senate judicial committees that take care of all this... be patient grasshopper *
I think the last time was the Democrats having around 70 seats in the 1930’s under FDR.
The judiserary is awful. The judiciary isn’t much better.
The supream court has been a disaster. The supreme court is even worse sometimes.
The house of rerpsantetives has also been terrible. But the house of Representatives is no better.
And don’t even get me started on the Sneate!!
lol
It will NEVER happen.
Put it out of your mind.
The house has to impeach..... senate convicts.... the only way I see this happening is to put up a really bad lib along side a really bad gop appointed one...
Putting all the misspellings aside, is this what you really want? Please think carefully before you answer. Because thats just how banana republics work.
As soon as the new guy gets in, he purges everyone associated with the old guy. All sorts of flimsy excuses are used. The Rule of Law is ignored. Out go everyone associated with the old guy!
But wait. The new guy eventually becomes the old guy. And eventually he is replaced. A new purge starts. Etc. forever.
Nah, a single bottle will do it.
:)
Even if you get your 2/3rds GOP majority, there’s no way all of them would vote to impeach a judge.
You would need 2/3 Senate majority of non-Bush League Republicans, not likely in this lifetime.
Actually do not need 2/3. With simple majority of both houses and POTUS to sign the bill you can abolish any or theoretically ALL none Supreme Court seats, as those are all creations of Congress. Now youd probably want to create something to replace at least some of their functions. But the lack isnt unprecedented. There was zero federal judicial branch, not even a Supreme Court, until Washington appointed and Senate confirmed the 1st Supremes. And there were zero lower Federal courts until legislation passed to create them And the vacancies thus invented were filled. Im not pushing such drastic solutions, just reminding us that.i,peachment is not the only check and balance on the Judicial Branch, even if that Branchs enthusiasts have obliviated most memories of the others.
Iffff...my delivery system were improved, a tablespoon’s worth of my sperm could impregnate every woman on the face of the earth
