On September 16, 2012, Susan Rice who is now on Joe Biden's shortlist for his running mate went on five, count 'em, FIVE Sunday Morning talks shows to flat out lie about the cause for the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi. This task should have belonged to then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton but she was smart enough to know that repeatedly telling such a blatant and provable lie would be toxic for her planned presidential campaign four years later. So Rice was given the assignment of being the fall guy (person) since they didn't think at the time she had a future career in politics.
Her lie might have been a bit more believable if she blamed the attack on people watching a video of Pauly Shore in "Biodome."

Wasn’t she the US Ambassador to the UN at the time? I never did understand WHY she was the one who was offered up to give (manufacture) an explanation of Benghazi. We know that Hillary didn’t want to take it on.
Benghazi happened on a Tuesday and look at the amount of time they had to PERFECT the explanation - 5 days to the Sunday shows and she had it down pat!
Then the REVIEW which wasn’t a review but a whitewash of the entire day and night came up EMPTY - nothing to see! That’s the board that Hillary handpicked and pronounced as ARABI. ARB - Accountability Review Board...From then on, Hillary hung her hat on that review!!!!
