Damond was shot and killed while wearing her pajamas and speaking to another police officer. Damond called 911 that night to report a possible assault in an alley behind her home on July 15, reports The Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
In May 2019 Mohamed Noor was found guilty of third degree murder of Justine Damond (Ruszczyk).
Justine Damond was from Australia.
Data on police shootings show more whites are shot by police than blacks but blacks but adjusted to racial breakdowns blacks are more likely to be shot by police than whites.
Following her death by cop there were no riots.
There was no looting.
There was not even a mass protest.
Evidently, some deaths by cop are more outrageous than others.
If whites had a riot every time a black person killed one of them the entire country would be ash

Lost in all of these incidents, whether white, brown, black, ect, is the absolutely unsettling fact that too many officers are overstepping their bounds.
We need to concentrate on the problem, looting/rioting only servers to take the spotlight off these vile corrupt police officers.

Trial and conviction
On March 20, 2018, a warrant was issued for third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter charges, and Noor turned himself in to police. He also resigned from the force. With the approval of the court, prosecutors later upgraded the charges against Noor to second-degree intentional murder.
On April 30, 2019, Noor was convicted of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Under Minnesota law, third-degree murder is defined as “a person causing the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and without regard for human life, but without intent to cause the death of any person”; second-degree manslaughter is defined as “whoever by culpable negligence, whereby he creates an unreasonable risk and consciously takes the chance of causing death or great bodily harm to another person, causes the death of another is guilty of manslaughter in the second degree”.
The Somali-American Police Association issued a statement after the verdict claiming that racial bias contributed to Noor’s conviction.
In May 2019, Noor’s attorneys lodged a motion for acquittal on both charges, arguing that the evidence was insufficient.
On June 7, 2019, Noor was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison.
Someone should have told them it was their responsibility to loot a Whole Foods and burn down a Panera... Noor’s partner was damn well surprised by the shooting— they were both seated inside the darkened car and Noor shot across him to kill Damond.

Mohamed Noor was arrested, put on trial and sent to prison.
The public protests typically happen when the identity of the killer is known but nothing is dona about it. Instead or being arrested, tried and imprisoned they are slapped on the back with an “Attaboy, good kill”
In the olden days, a white mob would have burned down the black section of town.
Now the whites stay home and watch the blacks burn down their own sections of town, on TV.
No, but maybe if we did riot, we’d get more justice. The state isn’t afraid of middle class whites and not only does it not give justice, it ridicules us when we try to protest something (such as the anti-lockdown protests in various states) precisely because it knows there’s nothing to be afraid of.
So I don’t blame these people for protesting and even rioting (the looting is something else) because evidently that’s the only way to get attention.
I will never forget. I will not forget how the corrupt administration defended and protected the murdering cop.
No Whites protested. There were no riots. No buildings burned down. No cries of “hate America.” The people who worked hard to build something up aren’t going to burn it down. The people who get everything free, thanks to the people who actually DO work, don’t care, and burn things down because they will get everything free no matter what, plus they will not be thrown in jail for rioting, plus then are allowed to get away with violent crimes against the people who work to support them.
How in the world does he claim that he didn't intend to cause her death by shooting her?
Also, only 12.5 years in prison is not enough for murder.

That’s like the FBI said in 2015 “Yeah, blacks murder far, far more Whites than Whites murder blacks but there was a bigger inrease in the White/black murder rate last year so Whitey raciss!”
This reminds me of all the rioting and looting after that Muslim cop in Minneapolis killed that white woman in her nightgown a few years ago.No, wait a minute...
