Am I correct he was not even in the home of the shooters? He may not be completely innocent but you don’t follow someone on the street for a petty attempted crime and confront them personally with fire arms it’s ridiculous it’s unsafe and it’s illegal.
I bought the first house in a new neighborhood under construction. I routinely walked through the other new houses going up just out of curiosity.
As did my new neighbors after they moved in.
I suppose you could charge him with loitering, but there’s not evidence he actually took something.
He was either wanting to :
1. Find a bathroom
2. Look for something of value
3. Seeing what is there to come back at night to steal.
No other reason to go into new construction unless wanting to talk to contractor about building a new house.

White person shoots a black person is some how national news but a black person killing a white is barely even makes it on local news. I don’t know if was innocent , though it’s weird to go look around a house under construction, but this entire news story is just trying to rile up racial tensions in this country before the election.

I don’t know what’s going on here, and I haven’t watched any of the video on this, but it seems clear that the media is trying to turn this into a hype bandwagon racism event, and I’m not trying to ride it.
The dead dude lived several miles away. There had been numerous reports of theft, and a description of the thief was the same as the dead dude.
One of the White guys was a retired cop, the other was his son.
They saw the black dude running and knew he matched the description of the alleged thief. They called 911 and parked the truck in front of the running black dude and told him to stop.
The earliest video showed the black dude fighting the old dude for his long gun before he was shot.
If the black guy had simple stopped and not fought the older guy for the gun he’d surely be alive today.
