Even if he stole something there is no evidence of a felony that in any way would have justified a shooting under Georgia law. Certainly not from men in a truck to a man on the street.
so many on FR are clueless, like you. He wasn’t shot because he went in a house, or even stole anything. He was shot because he attacked the guy with a gun and tried to take it from him. That’s how he got shot.
