Am I correct he was not even in the home of the shooters? He may not be completely innocent but you don’t follow someone on the street for a petty attempted crime and confront them personally with fire arms it’s ridiculous it’s unsafe and it’s illegal.
I bought the first house in a new neighborhood under construction. I routinely walked through the other new houses going up just out of curiosity.
As did my new neighbors after they moved in.
I suppose you could charge him with loitering, but there’s not evidence he actually took something.
He was either wanting to :
1. Find a bathroom
2. Look for something of value
3. Seeing what is there to come back at night to steal.
No other reason to go into new construction unless wanting to talk to contractor about building a new house.
He’s dead. How can you be charged with anything?
That is completely false.
I know lots of people who like to look inside a new house as it is being built.
It is mainly done out of curiosity.
Facts aside, one suspects that with respect to the narrative of this story, the horse has bolted.

I don’t. Never in my life have I thought about committing the crime of trespassing to look inside a home under construction.
They have the start on tape.
They have the tragic end on tape.
They have held back everything inbetween.
Will we ever know why shots were fired??

When certain people go jogging they may tend to run what might call some extra errands at the same time.
