Do you personally know anyone who has died of COVID? Seeking real first hand info. Not my boss' cousin or wife's friend's sister anecdotal info.
No I don’t know 1 person who has COVID, much less died from it.

Don’t know anyone who had it but dozens who had a lung issue in Nov/Dec.

Genentech Tocilizumab has been the answer for some for the cytokine storm issue. You might want to look into it if it progresses and be ready with the research to try to get an order for it. Expensive drug so not sure how Medicare deals with it
First person was a woman I worked with over 20 years ago. She had to be in her 60's at least, also on the heavy side, and I heard she had some health issues. She passed about 2 weeks ago. Both lived here in north Jersey. He worked in Jersey City; she in Newark.

Not only do I not know anyone, I don’t know anyone who knows anyone who has had a confirmed case. I live in a suburb in a county of about 75K that has had 100 confirmed cases and maybe 2 deaths.
No. But I want to share that of dear friend passed last night. He had diabetes, double amputee but a spirit and zest for life like you wouldn’t believe. His kids said they were unable to visit him in the hospital for the last days of his life. Something is really wrong in this country right now.

Coworker’s uncle passed away.
Yes, Dr Steve Huber in Jefferson City Mo. He was a local orthodontist. Fairly young and in good health. What is understand, he went to a convention a couple weeks before he died. Ended up in St Mary’s hospital with a nasty bout of covid-19 which progressed into pneumonia. Early on, I didn’t mind writing him the big checks because he was an avid Shootist, Second amendment supporter, as well as a true conservative.

He told me 3 weeks or so ago they had 3 POS 19 people on vents. He did not think they would live....
The other day he told me they converted a floor...with 15 beds..into a COVIQ-19 Unit..Neg P rooms..and such.

I would say the fast majority are homeless or in nursing homes. Well over 50 % in MHO.
Yes, I previously mentioned one of my coaches in college died in New Jersey.
Yesterday, we got notice my wife’s aunt died in New York City of COVID-19. Was in a nursing home. Body is in storage, the family has to figure out what to do— she did not have children or husband.
So that’s two.
