While none of them are showing signs of symptoms, a growing number of Republicans who have been in close contact with President Trump are now self-quarantined after exposure at CPAC late last month to a man infected with the novel coronavirus sweeping the globe, raising concerns about the risk to the President of being infected. Trump himself has not shown any signs of symptoms.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) announced Monday that he is among the Republicans self-quarantining after learning that he came into contact with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus at last month’s Conservative Political Action Conference.

Gaetz was with Trump in Florida on Monday, on Air Force One for the return flight but put himself in quarantine room at the AF1.
Our country is ready for these kinds of viruses we will be fine.
But what about countries that are under regime supported by the Dems?
We are talking about Iran.
They officially reported 43 new deaths related to the coronavirus disease in the past 24 hours.
It seems that they are lying well as the Dems and the mainstream media is covering for them.
Heshmat Alavi who is an investigative journalist from Iran who fights the regime tweeted a video of a nurse in one of Iran’s hospitals this morning and wrote:
“Please, for the love of God, don’t come out of your homes… since this morning 100 people have died before my eyes,” this nurse begs.
And we’re supposed to believe the regime’s official numbers of only 237 coronavirus deaths?

People didn’t believe her because allegedly she wasn’t professional enough to stop herself from touching her face with the gloves, and shouldn’t believe her take on this situation when she can’t even follow through with the basic safety procedures.
But we can’t tell what is the situation in countries like Iran.

The blood circulating through the lungs can’t get oxygen becaue the lungs fill with fluid. Lack of oxygen. Patients gasp trying to breathe and die without a respirator.

Not nasty. I have seen photos of them kissing shrines. Not in the US, maybe Israel, the Pope’s ring, some places in France... Kissing the feet of Virgin Mary statues.

I don’t know about the video of the nurse, but Iran is losing a great many people to this thing.
The virus gets control of your lungs and cannot be stopped. Eventually you die of pneumonia or cytokine storm as your body’s immune system destroys itself.
Pardon the generalization, but Germans are historically rule followers, whereas Americans are rule avoiders. I would not be surprised to see people here resisting quarantines.
It’s no coincidence that the Democrats, the press, and their foreign Axis of Evil allies -ESPECIALLY IRAN- are all taking advantage of this and using the same talking points. Not a coincidence at all.
There is a statue St Peter, in the Vatican, whose foot the faithful either kiss or touch. They’ve been doing it for centuries. The metal on the foot has been noticeably worn down. I wonder how many molecules of metal each kiss takes away.

Iran’s medical systems are pretty poor and the government encouraged the faithful to touch holy things and thousands touched them and kissed them. The women are especially susceptible to the virus because they get no sun under their letterbox costumes.
They’re saracens.
I think all,or most dioceses have done this, though its up to the individual bishop.
And no touching during the Exchange of Peace.
Hard to get the little kids at Mass to *not* shake hands!
The bishops have curtailed the practice of kissing the cross and communion on the tongue and the wine. That was done pretty early in the game. The “Kiss of Peace” is now a wave of the hand.
I’m not able to speak to that. There are two issues here:
1. What Catholic Dogma requires.
2. What people do on their own.
I went to Mass many times at school where we had a church. My family was very athletic and we had 2 women join the convent as nuns.
I have never been taught that behavior, nor seen it in my strict family.
People do lots of things on their own.
I kissed the Blarney Stone - so what?
