The virus gets control of your lungs and cannot be stopped. Eventually you die of pneumonia or cytokine storm as your body’s immune system destroys itself.

Obviously, it can be stopped, since hindreds of people have recovered from this virus...and are in process of recovering.
That’s a real ugly death.
