Obviously, it can be stopped, since hindreds of people have recovered from this virus...and are in process of recovering.
Not when it gets in your lungs like that.
80% are mild
20% are serious and required to be admitted to the hospital
5% have serious respiratory issues and will die unless there is heavy intervention with respirators etc.
Also, once it gets in your lungs like that it apparently is difficult to get rid of. You may think you’ve gotten rid of it but it is still in your lungs and in a week to a month you will have a relapse.
