Texas father has been legally prohibited from raising his son as a boy because his ex-wife allegedly decided their son is a transgender girl and is preparing him for “chemical castration at age 8” and a future sex change surgery, which the father may be forced to help pay for.
Jeff Younger, who is locked in a court battle with his ex-wife over whether their son should undergo transition to a girl, says a court order bans him from discussing things like religion or the need to be respectful to girls.
Jeff and his former spouse Anne Georgulas are trying to resolve a parental dispute over their son, James. Anne insists that James identifies as a girl, calls him Luna, and envisions hormone therapy and eventually sex-change surgery in the future. Jeff rejects the idea and says his son is perfectly comfortable being a boy in his presence. The pair are fighting a legal battle, with a court temporarily ordering Jeff not to impose a male identity on the child.
The order forbids Jeff from calling his son James in front of anyone who knows him as a girl, and this significantly limits what they can do together, he told RT’s Sophie Shevardnadze.

I would leave the country if I thought I would have to pay for that.
This is an outrage.
I would tell the judge I absolutely would not obey his order, and I would invite him to hold me in contempt of court. Nor would I pay any fine.
Of course, I would appeal the ruling, and would be all over the media about this.

I will bet that back in the days when parents chose the spouse for their children, the percentage of successful, happy marriages was better than it is today in America.
Clearly, many people don’t know what (or who) is good for them.
It’s also a case of where junk science masquerading as ‘experts’ that a court looks to for guidance in its rulings, this is how junk science hurts society and real individuals personally.

The case was heard in Dallas County - he never had a chance as the Left now owns our major counties due to conservatives sitting on their asses last November due to Paul Ryan (no, that doesn’t make any sense, but that’s what happened).
Probably a lesson to be learned from that.

A damn ‘pediatrician - makes sense now. They need to learn to treat kids who are sick and get the living hell out of the lives of kids otherwise.

What possible FACTUAL basis could this or any other court have to issue such a ruling?
I mean, the boy is, after all, a boy.
Refuse to comply. Take whatever lumps the corrupt system throws at you, but do not cave to this devil-inspired madness.
