Thanks, bookmarked for later!
I wonder about clover sprouts...I have been growing and eating a lot of alfalfa and clover sprouts this winter.
I’ve made clover sprouts and they’re decent enough to eat for sure, esp if mixed with salads. Plain - depends; some varieties taste different or funny, some good.
That is good to know. You take Ivm quarterly as in 4 time a year? What kind of dosage?
Thank you for posting.
Has your protocol kept the melanoma away?
I cannot donate blood because it was melanoma but I am cancer free since 1996 :)
Whenever I take Ivm, I take full dosage for my body weight.
I used to take it 3 days in a row and then one day 3 weeks later. Quarterly.
Since the world is getting more dangerous, I will probably switch to taking it one day per month, but again for my body weight.
I have only taken the injectable (but orally). I have not tried the other forms. If I were rich, I would alternate between fenbendazole and Ivm as they both address different cancers. Fenbendazole (Panacure) is kind of expensive.
quarterly
yes
treat 4 times per year
Right you are. Modern medicine seems to be all about treating the symptoms rather than fixing the cause. Simple enough concept; eliminate the cause and the symptoms go bye-bye.
that’s great news!
May it continue to be so.
Sincerely
All,
Does anyone remember which kinds of pine needles are the safe and effective ones that are being used to make pine needle tea (drinking to expel the spike proteins from the body)?
Mrs. K
Just found the answer for pine needle tea:
Pine, Spruce, Cedar, & Fir needles
not yew or Norfolk Island (they are toxic)
Glad you found the info.

Thank you, lj, good ways to enhance our health.
Especially now when our country has been illegally taken over by a pack of criminals, times are tough for most of us. Keeping a peaceful heart and mind are vital, and can be achieved even in the midst of chaos and bad times.
I once heard a talk on how to maintain peace inside when it is not peaceful outside. Inside the hurricane is the eye - no winds, no rain, peaceful inside that eye, even though dangerous winds are swirling around.
Being a witness of it all without letting it grab us by the heart and shaking us is very helpful. Being thankful for what we have - even the bare minimum - a place to say, something to eat, and freedom to love and worship God - this is wonderful!
An atttitude of gratitude and thankfulness brings instant happiness. Just typing this up I feel so much better!

“DMSO is excellent as a transport for body pain”
I think there was an episode of 60 minutes, or one of those kinds of programs, about DMSO in 1980 or thereabouts. I wish I had the link.
There’s tons of good info out there about dmso. Look at earthclinic.com as well
Someone passed this on to me and I have not watched it yet, but it looks very good. I read decades ago the cooked vegetable oils polymerizes; basically turns into plastic. I’ve seen this cleaning stoves, the cooked oil peels off like plastic.
Heated oil harms the body in many ways; creates free radicals. Actually at that time I stopped using any oil for cooking (and rarely did before that). I use ghee and butter only for cooking.
Seed Oil Rebellion: Video 1: ‘Vegetable Oils: The Unknown Story’
First, [they] demonized saturated fats as the primary cause of Western Disease, then [they] demonized carbohydrates, specifically dextrose and then high fructose corn syrups as the primary drivers of Western Disease. While high fructose corn syrup is certainly not healthy and may even contain unacceptable levels of mercury, people don’t get Type II diabetes from a high carb diet alone.
No, the REAL driver of Western Diseases is the oxidable omega-6 fatty acid, linoleic acid, derived from seed oils, such as soybean, corn, safflower, canola, peanut, almonds, etc.
