Someone passed this on to me and I have not watched it yet, but it looks very good. I read decades ago the cooked vegetable oils polymerizes; basically turns into plastic. I’ve seen this cleaning stoves, the cooked oil peels off like plastic.
Heated oil harms the body in many ways; creates free radicals. Actually at that time I stopped using any oil for cooking (and rarely did before that). I use ghee and butter only for cooking.
