Who knows. Trump is doing a mighty fine job hiding the biggest mistake of his presidency.

Granny's former Senate colleagues told Trump they would never confirm a replacement and might even use it as grounds for impeachment.
Well, none of your leftist media sources really said that "Senate colleagues told Trump they would never confirm a replacement" although in the usual marxist manner they tried to imply it and various other calamity.

"Everything being done only makes sense if Mueller is running the DOJ."
That's long been my theory, at least for significant parts of the DOJ.

The Book on Sessions is that he is very adverse to confrontation.
Not a good characteristic for an AG at this time.
Plus he is a Statist, not down for fighting for Personal Liberty.

You omitted the “from what I remember” part of my post.
I was giving my general impression and recollection of events from last year. I didn’t realize I was going to have to recount under oath before Perry Mason. How is Della?

“The Book on Sessions is that he is very adverse to confrontation.”
Which is strange, because it seemed he was the only one in the whole congress fighting TPP.

and yet you did a search which might have refreshed your memory if you'd read them.

Appointment of Jeff sessions made me have second thought on Trumps judgement. Trump may do everything else right but on personal matter, he did not have skills needed in DC. AG is one shot appointment and you dont fire AG without political implications. You always appoint your most trusted friend. Just being the first one to come out to support your campaign does not cut. But it looks to me, that seems to be what trump did, reward the first supporter with AG. The biggest mistake

I think it’s more about personal confrontation, which many policy disagreements come down to.
Railing against 99 relatively polite Senators is different from reaming RosenWeasel out on a daily basis.

No, out of interest in having a keyboard spat over an issue you took with a general recollection in what is basically a humor thread. Go away.

Trump has the 4 trillion dollar corrupt stasi state, courts, both parties and the fakestream media against him...He knew he could not govern/MAGA without a party. So he made hiring overtures to the rinos and neverTrumpers that comprise the GOP and was repaid with treachery.
When the story is finally told, we’ll find that the party of Bush, the GOP, made demands for various positions like AG. Hire our guys(deep state compromised rat bastards) or we’ll stonewall your agenda and your presidency.
