"Today's indictment should sent a clear message to every would be criminal in America that we aggressively prosecute violent crimes of hate that threaten the core principles of our nation."
US Attorney General Jeff Sessions statement 6/27/2018
"....Mr. Sessions has not determined whether to seek the death penalty..."
The "New York Times" 6/27/2018
President Donald Trump's Justice Department has indicted James Alex Fields Jr. already indicted on state charges including second degree murder, on federal hate crimes charges that could involve a death penalty.
Fields, after coming under attack by leftists who assaulted the "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia last August 12th, plowed his car into a group of protesters killing one of them and injuring others.
When the violence occurred in Charlottesville, President Trump cited violence on both sides and was condemned by Democrats, Republicans and the mainstream media.
Now the Uniparty and MSM narrative has prevailed in the Trump Administration.
The 30 count indictment, according to US Attorney for Western Virginia, Thomas Cullen, involved searching Fields social media accounts and said:
"We have to get into somebody's head and that takes time"
The "Washington Post" reported it will take several months until federal prosecutors decide on whether they will seek the death penalty in the case.
MSM reports describe Fields as a "Nazi sympathizer".
Observers of the events in Charlottesville last August believe that the control exercised by local and state authorities at the "Unite the Rally" herding people through a gauntlet of hostile and violently attacking Leftists was designed to trigger violent reactions.
It could be construed as entrapment.
An organizer of last year's Charlottesville protest, Jason Kessler, is planning an anniversary protest in Washington DC across the street from the White House on August 12th.
As one who went through the rigged and draconian federal charges associated with Oregon Standoff and Bunkerville Standoff cases as a reporter-writer on those matters count me jaded and cynical on this new federal case on the tragic events that happened last summer in Charlottesville.
And above all lets mince no words, a hate crime law is a thought crime law, a Nazi law, a Soviet law and an un-American law. For AG Sessions to be enforcing such law is defecation on the Constitution of the United States.
The state charges of simply causing bodily harm to other against Mr. Fields made more sense to me than this travesty.

It happened in Charlottesville and they will prosecute him there. As it should be. Not sure why Sessions should be also going after him. They guy is going to spend the rest of his life in prison
If I was a juror in a state trial I very probably would,if the evidence was convincing, vote guilty on assault or even something more serious than assault but I'd vote "not guilty" on anything connected to the concept of "hate crimes".
Sessions is a Uniparty/Swamp hack. How is this not self evident?
The guy was attacked by a crowd who started pounding on his car and he panicked and jack-rabbited out of there. But we need a rayciss boogeyman to prosecute.
Not sure why Sessions should be also going after him.
Could it be that “hate crimes” will be used to go after violent leftest protestor who up to now been given slaps on the wrist.
(Personally I do not believe there should exist any law about “hate crimes” since it is too subjective. Try and convict on the actions, not what they were thinking.)
That so-called “Unite the Right” rally was nothing more than a sham. The guy who organized it was a lefty. The intent was to incite a war between the left and right. A war the revolutionary commies think they would win. No legit rightwing organizer would invite the Klan and Neo-Nazis.

Unless you are an illegal alien shooting at an anonymous woman in California using a stolen gun.
“Hate Crimes” are an Orwellian legal nightmare.
You do not drive a car into someone with love and concern. While motivation and intent of the accused is always considered in criminal cases, the government trying to determine the level of “hate” is a stupid, and dangerous, exercise.
When 2 hispanic yutes robbed me at gunpoint and repeatedly called me nigger, the police didn’t give a sh!t about any hate crime or prosecution, they took their DWI task force (that I reported the crime to, on foot) out of my neighborhood for 6 months. Save their own arses from potential gang members with guns.
Hate crime prosecution is not equally investigated or prosecuted if you are not a member of a politically protected identity group.

...
Funny how the articles never mention that, but it’s evident in the video.
Death penalty? Heather Heyer (the morbidly obese white female fatality) had a heart attack and died later. And didn’t the driver claim he panicked? Hardly an open and shut case for “murder” or “hate crime.”
Wait until they prosecute him for taking down that helicopter. Recall those deaths were originally lumped in with the carnage totals.

...
Isn’t that what the liberal judges did in the Travel Ban case?
Video shows a militant mob pounding on his car before he ever hit anyone.
Conspiracy Against Rights, 18 U.S.C. § 241
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory, or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him or her by the Constitution or the laws of the U.S.
On December 9, 2015, he [”Unite The Right” organizer, Jason Kessler] wrote:
I cant think of any occupation that I admire more than the professional provocateur, who has the courage & self-determination to court controversy despite all slings & arrows of the world
Thats right! This man is living his dream as a professional provocateur. Now he can claim victory as a mastermind behind the worst racial violence to spill blood on our streets in over twenty years.
The more we research the less we believe the false narrative that Jason Kessler was the victim of a hijacked movement. Indeed the facts lead us to a wholly different conclusion. The evidence says this man wanted to stand at the center of controversy. What better way to do it, than to call his rally Unite The Right.
He invited the KKK, Neo Nazis, and other White Supremacist groups. This, of course, courted a response from radical extremists from the other side. The New Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa were happy to meet his soldiers and all the sheep on the battlefield.
Sandwiched in the middle, people from the left the middle and the right who had no idea they were just sheep brought to a slaughter.
People from the left who want to see an end to racism [ACTUALLY, the organizing groups want an all-out communist revolution, this simply being their latest opening to do so -ETL], people from the right who want to see an end to the destruction of our past. Those from the middle seeking an end to both!
One beautiful soul rising to heaven as her broken body lay murdered in the street! One mentally unstable patsy who should have stayed home and taken his meds and gotten more sleep!
All brought together by a man who hails the almighty:
Provocateur
From the (far left) Southern Poverty Law Center...
At one recent speech in favor of Charlottesvilles status as a sanctuary city, [”Unite The Right” organizer] Kessler live-streamed himself as an attendee questioned him and apologized for an undisclosed spat during Kesslers apparent involvement with Occupy [Wall Street]. Kessler appeared visibly perturbed by the womans presence and reminders of their past association.
A journalist, activist and author from Charlottesville, VA, Kesslers LinkedIn account states that he graduated of the University of Virginia in 2009. He was virtually unknown in the media prior to his crusade against Charlottesville Vice Mayor and City Councilman Wes Bellamy.
