It happened in Charlottesville and they will prosecute him there. As it should be. Not sure why Sessions should be also going after him. They guy is going to spend the rest of his life in prison

Could it be that “hate crimes” will be used to go after violent leftest protestor who up to now been given slaps on the wrist.
(Personally I do not believe there should exist any law about “hate crimes” since it is too subjective. Try and convict on the actions, not what they were thinking.)
I believe a fair number of the charges will dissolve or be laughed over by a jury.
The one young lady dead....was fairly overweight, out-of-shape, and was fairly challenged by the heat of the day. She died because she was out-of-shape to handle this type of ‘march’.
The number of videos taken that day, suggests that some elements of the protest was ‘organized’ and that will play negativity in the court.
