A Report was released in April of 2017 that received no publicity until recently.

The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obama’s FBI and DOJ during Obama’s time in office.

This could be why the Chinese told him to make his own way off Air Force One. They knew and were pissed at him.

None of these crimes would have seen the light of day if THE WITCH had been elected.

'Intelligence' thugs and the witch would have given us a 3rd world hellhole - - the kind "that type" loves to run - - our very own USSR era KGB... Secret Police. Thugs peeping into keyholes forcing citizens to stay in line... the midnight knock.

Hell on earth. Arrest these monsters... they have no place in a free society.

Paraphrase: if someone commits a crime and no one cares to prosecute it, did anything remarkable actually occur?

Trump needs to immediately suspend habeus corpus, take into custody using the military if he has to, a host of traitors operating in this government and their host of fellow travelers. Obamohole sent this country down the rabbit hole of banana republic, time to save it. After the smoke clears, we can reframe the power to do this.

What is a FISA search? Don’t you have to go to court and get a warrant? Or is this looking at the information after it is collected pursuant to a warrant?

It’s where you have a database and you allow some contractor whose fortunes are tied to a particular political orthodoxy to run searches on the database. It’s like a weaponized Google search, say search on Trump, dinner and you get the NSA recordings of every person who had a dinner date with Trump. The problem is that the FISA court is telling the FBI that these were warrantless searches and therefore illegal and that the FBI violated minimization procedures by allowing these searches in the first place.

Liz, love your posts. With respect to this ongoing saga, as time puts a bit of distance between current revelations and the actual events, perhaps a better perspective can be afforded to help bring the situation into better relief.

Put simply, rather than respect the constitution with regard to both intent and spirit of the document, it was viewed not as a hurdle, but as a tool to facilitate their wider objective of 'fundamentally transforming the USA'.

In other words, they acted completely without restraint and violated every civilized precept of lawful government. They could and did do anything they wanted, with the full force of law enforcement, justice system and military functions supporting their efforts. We can tell from their actions and attitudes that they viewed normal, law abiding citizens with disdain; actually, with contempt as worse than useless fools, dullards and retards.

Within this context, the constitutional republic was defeated back in 2008/2009 with the successful MSM campaign of promoting the fist anti-American president. Trump isn't necessarily a change agent to the status quo, but rather a counter-revolutionary. And, as any student of history well knows, in order for a revolution to succeed, the remnants of the past operating structure must be either destroyed or re-purposed to support the revolution.

Failing this, the established institutional forces will simply out wait the 'usurper' before once again regaining full control. If we are to successfully re-introduce the idea of self government in this country, we're only at the very beginning of the process to weed out the established infrastructure. Trump must fully prosecute these efforts with all available means if we/he are to succeed.

You know- if nothing is going to be done about it- no one punished then I don’t even want to hear about it. All it does it rub it in our faces what they can get away with. And obviously nothing is going to be done about it.....

Who, outside the government. I mean, how far outside?

Support service contractors - Fusion GPS. These folks had access to stuff that almost no one in the federal government has access to.

And by the way it is illegal to hire these folks to do this: See CEI report: Bureaucratic Dark Energy

It's how the Federal government keeps growing and expanding despite strict employee numbers and salary caps. You hire quasi-feds who aren't subject to government ethics rules [yeah, I know] and who are not sworn to uphold the Constitution. Easy Peasy

Nice deconstruction.

Brings to mind John Locke: “there is no greater crime than violating constitutions; they are in rebellion against we, the sovereign. “ (hat tip Jacquerie)

Fortunately we have remedies for these people.
