A librarian at New York University suffered serious race fatigue at Chicagos American Library Association (ALA) last month, experiencing mounting anger and frustration after having hit her limit of dealing with white people.
April Hathcock, scholarly communication librarian at NYU, summed up her experience at the ALA in her blog as nothing short of a sea of excruciating whiteness.
Five straight days of being tone-policed and condescended to and splained to by an 88 percent white profession, she wrote. Five days of mounting anger and frustration that you struggle to keep below the surface because you cant be the angry and emotional person of color yet again.

What a worthless racist. To top it off she is a star of “My 600 pound life”.
“Race fatigue” = “I ain’t speak no good English and sh*t and deez whiteys are all up in my wid it!”
I had a crush on Marilyn McCoo during my formative years as well. She was smoking hot and had a beautiful voice.
if she thinks she’s got it bad, she should think of all the white folk who have race fatigue over all the African Liberation Theology racebaiting whiners who’ve lost their Binkies .
8 years of a race baiter administration will have that effect.
But she doesn’t look like a Snowflake.
What "serious race fatigue" looks like.....before and after...
Before...
After...

“Anti-white sentiment is very strong amongst our colored friends.”
God help them if large numbers of white folks ever feel the same way.

Get this poor thing to a safe space! Oh, the humanity!
Being around people who actually do their jobs, are conscientious, show up on time, dont goof off, speak proper English, are better qualified and don’t cause a lot of drama can be very stressful to minorities. Especially when they expect you to behave the same way.
Blacks are 12% of the population, so if equality reigns then all professions will be 88% other. She had better get used to reality or she’s going to turn into a bitter self centered ouch cube. (or is it to late for that)
What is called sociology in today’s teaching starts with the premise that blacks are ill treated and whites are at fault. The studies spring from that fundamental. From there they do research that starts with every human being being the same. Not equal, or with equal rights. If everyone is the same then the reason that blacks tend to live on the south side of Chicago is white peoples fault. White people must be making it hard for black people to live on the north side of Chicago. Red lining does exist but now that we have strong laws against redlining we still have black neighborhoods in Chicago with pretty much the same location as before. Could it be that lots of black people prefer to live in a black neighborhood? Let’s not go there, remember our two fundamentals, blacks are the same as whites and whites are to blame.
So this women likes to hang with black people. She gets tired putting up a front and acting “white” all the time. She would like to let her hair down and act “normal” for a while. And to her, normal is mouthing off to people and using black slang. But she knows she will get in trouble for that, so she is play acting for 8 hours. And that exhausts her.So as an “educated person” she is educated in the school of “whites are at fault and everyone is the same”. Its white peoples fault that she has to “act white” to keep her job.
Soot..
OMG! Crazy Aunt Esther morphing into a Morlock!
Probably not.
She would have to learn how to speak, read and write Swahili and she would only get the job if they could not find someone local to take the job.
If she got the job she would have to listen while everything was explained to her from A to Zed. Then she would have to follow those directions. This does not appear to be her strong suit.
She would also get a close up and personal look at what it is like to be on the lowest rung of the social ladder. No tribe, no family and not there to try to make the country better?
I would give her a month before she came back to the US.
That pic always reminds me of the salt monster from Star Trek!
