News Flash....a bear pooped in the woods. Now we return you to our regularly scheduled programming. /s
Damn straight they did. There are several people who need to be prosecuted immediately (like last summer and fall).

I don’t know, the FBI didn’t come back and demand it... Obstruction of justice, but you really need to ask why the fibbies aren’t answering why they didn’t demand or seize.

Broke law? What is the Law?
Seriously, when those bustards are in office, they think they’re impervious (AND, with the RINOs in Congress, who merely wink and shrug, they get pretty far with it).

“...broke the law by denying the FBI access to the server during an investigation...”
If the FBI didn’t inspect the DNC computers how do we know they were actually hacked? With a proven track record of deceit and prevarication, the DNC cannot and must be believed.

Just remember....Hillary said....I wouldn't do it again.
And it doesn't mean a damn thing after the fact.
Kinda like the time Mom caught ya smoking. You swore it was the first time, that you'd never do it again....blah, blah, blah

Breaking the law and answering for it are two very different things. Especially in DeeCee.
ESPECIALLY, for democrats.

I'm no lawyer but it seems to me any so called proof of Russian intrusion into the DNC server would be considered “tainted” and therefore inadmissible as evidence.
To: davikkm
The FBI could have obtained a court order to seize the
DNC server if they really wanted to examine it. They didn't.
The entire episode was nothing but pretense on the part of the FBI.
They had no intention of examining the DNC server.
The FBI is still controlled by Obama/Clintons' and their Democrats.

What's really strange about this is that there hasn't been multiple full text, video and audio leaks like with a Trump official.

As much as I hate supporting the Dems, I have to ask "what law did they break?"
Did the FBI present a search warrant or subpoena for the DNC servers? Or did they just weakly ask to look? Unless I hear otherwise, I count the FBI request the same as a cop pulling me over and asking if he could look in my car. You want to search? Show me the warrant.
Now, I think it would have been wise for the DNC to use the FBI's help... unless the Dems were doing something illegal with the server.
