People keep posting stories about this great train robbery here in California like it is a big deal or something. Pay Attention PLEASE, California has recently passed 3 laws AB109,Prop 47, and Prop 57.
The Combination of these 3 laws makes this entire incident nothing more than an INFRACTION for Malicious Mischief and Not even an Arrestable Offense. Hell if they Turned themselves in they would only GET A TICKET and face a fine of $100 at best. I seriously doubt they would even be Prosecuted. Even if they were prosecuted, the max sentence would be 10 days in jail.
This is California, the worlds largest insane asylum, yes I live in SoCal.

yes I live in SoCal. I understand the allure of the asylum. But understand this. There are no bars to prevent you from leaving. When the SHTF scenario happens, you will regret not leaving sooner.
