The Democrats, globalists of all sorts, anarchists, terrorists and all of those working for the final destruction of the United States of America and its citizens are against President Trump
Why are we going along with decisions made by judges that are—legally—not within their purview? Why are we continuing to follow rulings from rogue courts in our country that are illegal on their very face? Are judges a part of the “special’ class that was once reserved for corrupt politicians who operate beyond the law and get away with it? In this instance, NO judge has the authority to overturn the decision made by the President of the United States…not one.
If I had been in Trumps shoes instead of resorting to twits, I would have immediately issued another EO and dared them to stop him.
The American President is the most powerful person in the world...

There may be enough traitors in Congress that would succumb to the resulting Outrage Machine and create a crisis.
Sounds like he may be doing just that. As to being done immediately, he has a lot of balls to juggle. We all want every promise of his to be done immediately but that isn’t reality. Overall he is getting things changed fast it’s a massive job
The judges are guilty of judicial overreach and violated the US Constitution, for which they took an oath. Congress can impeach them.
Judicial partisanship won’t stop unless we make Congress stop them.

this obvious political ruling by the 9th Circus just exposes how political and dishonest the so-called judges have become. They think that they are the ultimate power, and not just the 3rd branch. It is long past time to drain the judicial swamp. I’ve read that Trump has as many as 100 federal judges to appoint, and he should appoint good, conservative judges that actually looks at the law and the facts, and not just legislate from the bench.

My thoughts are that the President does not want his fight with the court to carry over to the solemn process of seating Judge Gorsuch.
I really believe that President Trump realizes that America will have Judge Gorsuch for a long, long, long time and he does not want to ruin the Judge’s chances by inflaming the court battle.
Judge Gorsuch will be confirmed.
President Trump will win the court case.
And everyone will look back and marvel at how well it was carried out.
This is a silly game the RegressiveLeft will play UNTIL THE ARE DETERRED FROM DOING IT AGAIN.
WHAT KIND OF DETERRENCE? ABOLISH THE ENTIRE FEDERAL COURT THAT ISSUES A STAY AND INSTANTLY THE SAME DAY REPLACE THEM WITH VERY VERY CONSERVATIVE JUDGES.
ONCE YOU DO THAT THE REGRESSIVES WILL SEE THEY ARE LOSING GROUND THE CAN’T AFFORD TO LOSE. THE SHIITE WILL STOP.

Gee....and Dems were chomping at the bit to have protests.

That’s what I’m been wondering. The president should ignore the court’s unconstitutional rulings. Having the power and authority to take legitimate and constitutional presidential actions means nothing if you let a lawless court overrule you.
I think Trump has to fight this on multiple levels. Yes it is fairly easy to issue a new EO every day, and dare the courts to do something.
However, he cannot let what the 9th circuit stand as some sort of president, legal or implied. He has to send a message, there is a constitutional separation of powers. The 9th stepped way over its bounds.
The dems may be celebrating now. But like Harry Reids nuclear option, it may come back to haunt them in the future.
Now that Trump has a real AG, expect a well crafted, bullet proof EO. Better than trying to salvage a 90 order drafted carelessly by Obama holdovers.
